I hit the gym for at least 45 minutes every week day. Now that I'm on vacation though I usually just do some push ups and sit ups here and there.

I walk absolutely everywhere, and I run 35-40 miles a week. Id like to do a half marathon by the end of the summer, and a marathon by next summer. Seems like my joints are more the bottleneck then anything else. Need to work on the strength stuff though.

I do a hell of a lot of gym work.

I'm a personal trainer so have to keep myself in shape.
There's a trainer at my gym who is fundamentally a lard-ass. I just do not understand how he got the job, he's also incredibly ignorant of how to do most exercises so he's about as much use as a wide lamp that stares at women.

Taekwando, jogging, tennis, and the gym.
How do you afford all that? I played only tennis, and I had to quit because it got too expensive.
Jogging is free, Taekwando is like $100 a month so not that bad, Tennis is about the same, and I have a gym in my house (not an actual one, just weight lifting equipment)
Only 100$? Wow. It's alot cheaper in the states than it is here in Sweden. Here it is about 350$ a month, at best.
Well I live in Australia, so that might explain it.

I lift weights, and run a lot. That and working as a gardener is pretty much exercise anyway.

Between the tendonitis in my ankle, carpal tunnel in my wrist and arthritis in my fingers, I'm a bit limited in what exercise I can do without putting myself in a lot of pain.

I've been going to the gym 3 times a week for about 6 months now where I do the same machines religously.

10 minutes on the training bike at lvl 6 (Out of 15 or so)
'Total Abdominal' 2sets of 10 reps with 85kg
'Vertical Traction' 2sets of 10 reps with 70kg
'Arm Extension' 2sets of 10 reps with 50kg
'Arm Curl' 2sets of 10 reps with 20kg (Really wish I could do more there)
'Pecs' 2sets of 10 reps with 37.5kg
And then finish off in the rowing machine with 4 minutes on max.

Its mainly just to tighten up and stay somewhat in shape, I've no illusions of being super buff, I like my homecooked food waaaaay too much for that ;)

I have a jog first thing in the morning about 5am, if I'm on an early shift and if I'm on a night shift I will use the gym there before my shift. I only started this a week ago but seems to be helping.

Mix of weightlifting, bodybuilding, and practical application.

I'm trying to build all kinds of muscle man while being able to run as long as I need to or dish out ass whuppings if the situation requires it.

I cook for a living. that ought to count for something. They say (whoever "they" are ) that you need exercise outside of work to properly get it, but after 10 hours of constant exertion I'm pretty much toast at the end of the day.

I got me a couple of dumbbells at home that I use to work out. It takes a little imagination, but I can cover most of the muscles that matter. I also try to take my dogs for a run everyday. To top it off, I do some jujutsu, although our group has been on summer break for a while now. I can't make myself care about the belts, to be honest. The coach is always pushing me to take the exams, but I'm having a blast just doing what I'm doing now.

I used to work out a lot more during my military service, I'd hit the gym with my buddy on a nearly daily basis. I've been letting myself go in the past couple of years, and I'm getting myself back into shape at the moment. I have to say, it's really easy building muscle if you've been buff in the past. It's not like I'm building muscle, I'm more like returning it to it's original, glorious form. ;D

In the past, my financial situation was in the pit, and I used that as an excuse to not work out at all, as I "had no money for it". Now I've been working out for free for months, and I just can't see the point I used to make at all. I even saved up for those sweet ass dumbbells, and it took like two paychecks to clear that one up.

I fence once a week, go to the gym once a week, and take the stairs up to my 15th floor office (about 330 steps) twice a day (in the morning and after lunch - I take the lift going down).

So many fencers! At school I do fencing (winter) 3 times a week, ~2 hours and cricket (summer) twice a week (~2 hours) and a game. ....nothing else, really.
During summer, fitness goes down...
During winter, fitness goes up...
I wonder why?

Walk to university when I'm in term. Some people may be all "THAT ISN'T ENOUGH" but when I'm having weight problems (LOSING to much weight) due to it, I think it's fine.

I go to the gym about 3-5 times a week, as well as go running about 3 times a week.
I have to do a reasonable amount of exercise to compensate for my crappy diet (I despise eating ANY type of fruit, for example).

I get up in the mourning, and stretch (ALWAYS STRETCH PRIOR) and do 3 sets of 10 reps of 60lbs (bench press) and 3 sets of 40lbs, (curl bar), alternating between the two, then I get breakfast started, 2 hard boiled eggs and a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and almond slivers, a banana ,and apple or orange. While I wait for the water to come to a boil I do 3, 3 minute rounds on my punching bag at maximum intensity, pausing for rest and to drop the eggs in the water. When done, eat breakfast, shower and brush teeth, then walk to work for about 45 minutes. I do this every day except for friday and sunday.

In winter when its too cold to walk I'll drive but I have a stationary bike and replace the 45 minute walk for 45 minute cycling while watching spongebob.
