At the moment i'm doing the Reinhardt Kettlebell System program with some contour kettlebells. http://www.rksworkout.com/ It's a good home fitness routine, but it would be better for someone who wanted to lose weight and get fit. Since i'm already very lean it didn't change my body very much. Currently amped about the upcoming Body Beast program as it caters to people who want to gain weight and mass.

Diddly squat, besides walking to anywhere within a reasonable distance. And probably won't until my weight starts to seriously effect me, in which case I'll be glad to take up cycling again.

The pursuit of fitness beyond necessity (Military, fire brigade, the personal trainer example above) always strikes me as vanity.
Well, I can't speak for everyone, but to me exercising is a necessity because it makes me feel good. It gives me more energy and if I don't exercise for a couple of weeks I get back problems. There's also a link between secretion of endorphins and exercise which actually makes you happy. There are enough reasons to exercise. There have been several cases where I have needed every bit of my strength. The most trivial being moving furniture to actually helping someone out of a wrecked car.

OT: I usually exercise 4 times a week except for when there's a lot of work for school, especially around midterms and finals. First day of the program I do chest and triceps, second I do biceps back and shoulders, third I do legs, triceps and stomach. I top off every session with a 30 minute jog, except for my fourth session where I swim for 2 hours.

I do eff all exercise. I will probably need to start something soon though, as a basic level of fitness is needed for the work I intend to do later in life.

My metabolism is boss though, so I remain stick thin to this day.

I don't. Wish I did, but I don't know what I'd do. Can't do any sports or go to the gym, as I suck at sports, and in my current shape, I will not do well. I don't cope well with failure.

Do it at home so no else one can see your shameful failure? Just make sure not to eat your feelings of shame afterwards, sort of defeats the purpose.

I exercise my right to be lazy. Not quite drives-to-the-mailbox lazy, but pretty darn lazy.

I have this A Day B day sort of set up. A day is strength training and lifting, while B day is Leg Strength and Cardio

I do:
120 Pushups
4 Sets of 15 Dumbell curls ( 30 Pounds)
4 Sets of 12-15 Dumbell Presses
4 Sets of 20 Dumbell lifts
4 Sets of 12 Back Extensions

Then repeat one more time.

On B days:
( If I still have strength from Yesterday) About 80 pushups
4 sets of 30 squats
4 Sets of 15 Dumbell Raises
3 Sets of 12 (20 Pound) Dumbell Squats
3 Minutes of Jumping jacks
About 20 Burpees with A minute rest in between.

Then if I have the strength, repeat one more time.

Since its Summer, at night, I plan to jog.

Well in one week I martial arts twice a week (ju jitsu and systema), I have a job take canoeing trips down a river, I run around twelve miles split into three lots of four miles and I do crossfit three times a week. I'm planning on upping the amount of exercise I'm doing because I am currently trying to join the Royal Marines.

I bike everywhere for starters.
30 mins of bodybuilding(machines n free weights) more or less 4 times a week at the gym and I aim for a 5km run a week as well. Plus eating well (I make a GOOD booster juice rip-offs) smoothies often.
My left hand being the most fit from hours of... sometimes 3 times a day.. lol that's right... Rock Band
It really helps when your Dad goes on a health-kick and pushes it on ya when you're a teen. He's been dragging my lazy ass to the gym ever since! 22 yrs old now and feeling pretty good!

...still would rather be gaming during gym time but, hey! Life's all about balance

I have major knee problems, so anything athletic is out of the question.

I typically walk 2-3km a day.
At times I'll use this old exercise bike that a previous roomate left behind (2-4 times a week)
Occasionally I'll lift weights when work is slow (read: 2-3 times a week).

I don't get enough real exercise though as is evident by my obese 250 pound frame.

I walk to where I need to go if it is within, what I consider to be, a reasonable distance. I also have a stationary bike that I do for 30 minutes to 1 one hour. As well as some various strength exercises. Arm, leg, ab/core stuff. Push-ups, sit-ups, squats (with weights), jackknives, etc, etc.
I try to do all of these activities daily. I've lost 78lbs now, only 22 more to go until my long-term weight loss goal is complete. Why mention it? Because I'm pretty stoked on it!

I do the P90X home fitness routine. Basically it's 3 days a week strength training where you focus on a different pair of muscle groups each time (chest and back, shoulders and arms, back and legs etc.) and 3 days a week cardio (plyometrics, yoga and kenpo). There are "rest" weeks where you just do cardio, and you switch up the day-by-day routine after every rest week as well to try and stop your body from adapting and hitting a plateau in either weight loss or muscle gain. Each routine is between 60 and 90 minutes so it's not always easy to fit it in, but it's a great routine and they give lots modifications you can do if you're not that fit before you start. Plus it's a workout you can do at home if you don't have the money for the gym - you just need to invest in a pull-up bar and some dumbells.

I take walks four days a week, sometimes twice a day. When I get to the park, I usually do about 10 pull ups (palms forward, lowering all the way down) and 20 or so dips. I also do Wii Fit (yeah, go ahead and judge me) four days a week. This usually consists of 30 to 40 push ups, a 90 second or more plank, 100 jack knives, 20 single arm stands (these will kick your ass), and a variety of yoga/single leg lifts to stay loose. I also have a really physical job in a warehouse three days a week, often involving lifting washers and dryers. In the down time, if there is any, I make my way over to our stock of dumb bells and do about 10 curls of 30 pound weights. I should just buy them, but I don't want to have to store the damn things.

I'm thinking of buying The Rack thingymajig. Anyone use it?

pushups, situps, crunches every day.
I walk everywhere.

It's not much tbh I've gotten kinda lazy since I started my degree.
Also gained like 14lbs @_@ gonna try destroy it over the summer by doubling what I usually do since I can happily exhaust myself and not have to work, and throw in running up the mountain behind my house at least once a week.

I tried exercising for the sake of exercising for a while, then I realised I wasn't getting anywhere because it didn't interest me enough to keep it going. Since then I have taken up Martial Arts and Parkour.
