A tremendous waste of creative talent went into that game, and she represents the ironic pinnacle of it all.
Half the characters in that game could be legends in their own right if someone gave a fuck and wrote them properly.

...So I guess it's the symbolism of that has my heart more than the character. But seriously, Sierra rocks. She's the only "difficult boss" in the entire game.

Ooooohh this is a tough one. I am on record as a total Halo fanboy(The nice kind that are ashamed of the annoying kind), but the Chief, as much as I love him, isn't much of a character.

It's between The Arbiter, Cortana, Joker from ME1 and 2, Cpt McMillan from CoD 4, GLaDos from Portal and Eddie from Brutal Legend.

I think I'm gonna have to go with Joker. I LOVE Seth Green and I have to say I was a little starstruck the first time I talked to Joker.
