Who is the best Anime Charecter

But, my character that I've chosen is this.

She is the very essence of purity, a hardworker that achives her goal, not the first in her group of friends, however, that doesn't mean that she isn't the greatest of them all. To me, she's the sister I would have always wanted. Kind, Gentle, and a "conisuor of enjoying everything in life."

Cookie to anyone who knows who said that about her in the anime and gets her name right and who the guy is.

As I was reading this, I was wondering...what criteria are we using here?

Like, what makes a good anime character? competence within the story? deep, complext characterization? looking nice in a colorful asymmetrical outfit?

Then I caught myself. The answer is always Kamina.

It's kinda funny how many people with anime avatars are choosing other characters, myself included.
Back on subject, I would say Captain Hitsugaya from Bleach. He's a 10 year old genius who is one of the most powerful people in Soul Society.
