Call me too much of an old dog but I love Joe Musashi from the Shinobi games. He didn't just fight demons. He didn't just fight cyborgs. HE FOUGHT CYBORG-DEMONS. Plus he surfs.
And his games have kick ass music!
EDIT: I forgot Ermac, from Mortal Kombat, a ninja so silent he wasn't even supposed to be in the games.

the best ninja is Ninja Ninja, as far as stealth goes only 2 people ever knew he existed..... which he didn't....
