Kefka, he's a ball of pure hatred and insanity and that's what make's him great.With him in power you were either dead or on his to be killed list, which included everyone. Not one likable thing about the bastard. He also had a very creepy theme song( Not "Dancing Mad", "Kefka").

I always liked Dimentio. Gave Super Paper Mario a darker tone, while still being a riot to watch.

despite in killing him Kratos causes the end of the world basicly
but he's just so satisfying to beat as he is a GOD
i love stories about one person faceing impossible odds
and what is more impossible than one person killing every god(except one) as well as two titans
