My girlfriend has to be it, she has every physical feature I would like. Her hair color and length, eye color and shape(which I love), skin tone, body type; everything is just perfect. I don't think more than three days (I say three because I don't see her some days) have gone by that I don't tell her how beautiful she is. But in all honesty, I think she is the prettiest person I've ever seen.

Given the ambiguity of the opening post, the idea that one may interpret the prettiest woman as a woman who is both aesthetically pleasing to the eye and platonically attractive is hardly unreasonable. Thus, a woman you do not know personally is going to be less attractive in total than one you know intimately, despite being more attractive physically. That said, I can only speak myself, the other posters may simply find the physical beauty of their loved ones greater than those of famous women.
Anyway, from famous women the most attractive to me currently Alessandra Torresani, though I feel slightly creepy with her as my avatar as well.
