Yahtzee! hahaha! Naw, I personally think Hitler is second. Stalin was way worse. And what about the Japanese during WW2?

fyi you are an intellectual?
Do you want a second opinion? you are also published!

ahem.

Second most evil, hm, never really thought about it. I mean, like you said, Hitler is kind of the evil go-to guy these days. Hmm... It would be too easy to just pull out of of his head nazi buddies, makes me wonder if they realized they'd be considered evil for generations, if they actually thought what they were doing was wrong and just didn't care.

Jeeze. I guess I could say the heads of Al Queda and similar, you know, the ones who do all the preaching but never seem to leap at the possibility of becoming martyrs themselves. Not only do they get others to hate, and inspire otherwise decent, if somewhat angry, people to violence, but they send their own people to die. Not just fight and possibly die, but run in and blow up a bunch of civvies and possibly the two cops/officials who are the "actual" targets.

Edit: Ooh, forgot about Stalin. But he's sort of a go-to guy as well, just less popular than Nazis. Manson too, that was a good one- I mean, we could all act like that, but it takes a rare person to just run around breaking people because he can. Brings Vlad the Impaler to mind, I mean, he was so terrible that he was the basis the whole Dracula myth.

Edit Edit: Owtch, didn't realize Mao had a higher kill-tally than big H. Yeah, he was a bit of a bastard too. A big one, actually. Led a revolution of ignorant folks against the educated at one point, just to keep himself in a position of power. We'd probably all be speaking mandarin if he hadn't ever been in charge.

Alot of people are basing this on kill count. Yes stalin and mao did kill many more people. But they had a lot more time to do it. I have no doubt that if hitler hadn't been beaten he'd have had time to kill (pun VERY much intended)

For me I'd find someone who comitted those atrocoties personally to be more evil than hitler who I'd see more as an insane ruler with a huge ego.

So Heinrich Himmler and Josef Mengele are higher on the evil meter.

It easy to list off nazi's though so I'm going to add a new name to the list

Vlad the Impaler. Reading about this guy makes me sick. He was a rather sadistic ruler who took pleasure in impaling people anus first on a stake and other such pleasant passtimes.

well, the messed up part is that nazi germany wasnt so hard to take down, after a few easy takeovers, the germans grew in power, and in confidence, yet were still thwarted by a mix of superior allied strength, and a few really, really stupid strategic decisions. meanwhile, nobody seemed to really care to do anything about stalin or mao, because they both knew how EXACTLY to play the game

now, while the persons dreaming up such atrocities as seen in concentration camps were definitely more concentrated in their sadistic style of evil, hitler; while having the power to stop it, encouraged it. a man is responsible for the beast he creates, and though himmler was responsible for himself, hitler gave him the tools for the job, and a playground of fodder to test them on

maybe im looking to much into it though. I just find a serial killer isnt as scary as a man who can have people kill for him.

1. Pol Pot
2. Stalin
3. Franco, the Spanish Fascist
4. Torquemada
5. Hitler
6. William Randolph Hearst (personal grudge)

Some of those old-time popes would qualify as well, as well as Tamerlane. He was a vicious bastard. Ivan the Terrible would be in there too. Hitler was merely more successful than the rest, not necessarily any more morally bankrupt.

Mao is my number one guy. The cultural revolution and the great starvation that followed were not fun to live through. His generals were so scared of him that they didn't tell him exactly how much food they had and so alot of people starved to death. I think more people died as a result of Mao than Hitler and maybe Stalin.
My Second guy is probably Pol Pot for obvious reasons
Thirdly i would would have Nero. I think even the scariest of facist dictators and the like would cower before him.

I chose second because I'm pretty damn sure killing 12 million people because "they are not like me" is pretty much as evil as you can get, and I don't want everyone putting down Hitler. anyway, for me it was Dr. Antonio Moniz, who invented the lobotomies. his practice was wide spread(used by parents to make an unruly child more.. um, ruly and husbands on wives who had a brain and a heart) until it was outlawed by the soviet union in the 50's. that's the equivalent Hitler and Satan agreeing firmly that you're an ass and giving you a firm kick in the nads. he was killed by one of his own patience, who was probably seeking revenge for having a piece of his brain removed. he got a noble peace prize for it to, proving that all you have to do to get one is to turn people into zombies(basically what a lobotomy did).

I got most of the details from here: [link]http://www.cracked.com/article_18382_the-6-most-baffling-nobel-prizes-ever-awarded.html[/link]
Im sorry but the genecide was set to be 6,000,000 the rest was war and all sides had part in that. Stalin on the other side killed aprox. 20,000,000 people just becouse he didnt like them throughout his reign of terror, sadly he had no such great thing as racism to hang over his slaughter or didnt kill a prominent enough ethic group, but instead he just picked of slavs. So personaly i think stalin should be place 1. As number 2 i would almost say julius ceasar and his empire (romans where the first fashists and were down with genocides + enslavery etc)

My joint second would be Jesse & James. Their nonstop hunting of Pikachu and following Ash & Co can only be described as truly evil. First is Gary Oak. No need to say why, you all know.
Dude, You have the most epic Avatar known to man. EVER.
I second that. That is the best avatar of all time. Of all time!
I third that!
And second most evil I'd probably have to go with...

Well Stalin or Hitler tie for first in my opinion.

Michael Atkinson then.

Well, since this is about the second most evil person, I'm gonna say someone who everyone hates for generally being a jerk and but didn't kill anybody.
And that person would be Michael Atkinson.

Just kidding. The evilest person in the world, to me, is Hitler. Statistically, Hitler would be less evil than Stalin (my number 1) since Stalin killed more than Hitler. Atkinson would probably be somewhere in the 20s.
That's almost exactly the same as what I was going to post

Anybody who puts more modern figures like Hitler and Stalin as their "most evil people EVAR" really needs to read up on their history a bit more. Off the top of my head I can easily think of people much more "evil", those two killed so many not because they were more evil than the other tyrants of history but because they had the technology and resources of a major twentieth-century world power to work with. Just to give an obvious example look up Vlad the impaler, the man who inspired Bram Stoker to write "Dracula", the things he did make Hitler look like a bleeding-heart by comparison.
