Who is the WORST Superhero of all time?

I would say Aquaman, but when the world goes into Nuclear war, who do you think is gonna survive? All the superhero's on land? or the one who hides under water?

I'm gonna say wolverine. It isn't his powers that make him functionally immortal, or his completely lack of actual thought. It's just the fact that he's arguably the most annoying person in the world, and gets more spam service than most GOOD superheroes out there.

Here's my reasoning. His only power is that laser/pulse blast that he shoots from his eyes. Only his eyes. Plus, he has to put his hand up to his visor to use the power. Just to hinder him even more.

Havok. He was Cyplops with a bit more control and sibling rivalry to be the leader. That was it. For all his flaws, Cyclops had that weakness, Havok was just all the flaws, without ANY of the weakness. And being a jacktard wasn't a weakness, it was something that they BOTH suffered form.
