Strange that people don't like Superman because he's 'too powerful'. Green Lantern is stronger in terms of sheer power.

This guy, [link]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Starfox_(comic_character)[/link] beats them all. his power is and I quote "Starfox can stimulate the pleasure centers in people's brains". and he freaking looks like a douchebag. you can't find a worse superhero.
At first I was gonna say "The Tick"

But this is amazingly, amazingly useless. Wow, I used my superpowers for sexual assault! And a lawsuit was filed against me!

Great.

I would say The Tick, but.. He's so bad, he's great.
I think the tick was meant to be funny more than anything.
Other than the enhancements from the super soldier serum, and the indestructible shield, Captain A is pretty much an ordinary human. Batman may not have any powers, but he is stinking rich and is a gadget geek. A high tech gadget geek, who was also trained as either a ninja or samurai.
As for someone who was an awesome superhero (not sure if he counts as a superhero) Inspector gadget.

The only place I could see Mr. Fantastic's power being useful is in the bedroom, if you know what I mean, haha.
I get ya.

I'd love to be able to reach the light switch without getting out of bed.

I think the worst superhero is Tempus [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sUJ4oO9BAqI], although he only appears useless.

Probably the worst is The Raven [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fl2Z-g2hD1g&feature=related].

Gotta say, being able to pull a fatality on Superman in MK vs. DC was mighty satisfying.

Aside from the obvious choice of Superman being a dick, I'm going to have to go with the old version of Green Lantern. You know which one I'm talking about. Yeah you do.

The one that's weak against the color yellow. He's weak. Against. The color. Yellow.

How the hell does the man step outside?

batman, great movies, but he has no actual powers...
I'm with you...being a billionaire with a ton of gadgets doesn't make you a superhero, just a rich officious prick.

Star Fox, hands down. Not the lovable nintendo character, but the douchebag from Marvel who's signature power is the ability to cause feelings of pleasure.

Batman could easily die from a shot to the head. Its just no one in the industry will let batman die that way.

Besides there sure to resurrect him latter on in the sires somehow.

If a villain ever end up in water, he's easily the best superhero...but seeing as that's pretty unlikely, yeah, he sucks. Big time.
Then in that case it would be the cities/other-superheroes goal to push, throw, or somehow force the villain into the water.
