Denis Leary. EPIC stand-up comedian (although he doesn't put much intelligence into his arguments) and really funny to listen to. Also, his show Rescue Me is pretty damn good, too.

George Carlin, hands down. Few people have inspired me as much as he did, especially when it comes to building sentences and telling stories in general. I also loved the way he mastered screamy angry comedy (most of his shows) as well as subtle and satirical humour (his books, mostly found in "When Will Jesus Bring the Pork Chops?").

All in all I just loved the guy.
