I stick by the Punisher. Especially the Ennis Punisher. He pulled badass at all time and was a character with depth. Also, the stringing a person by the intestines to a tree was classic.

As for villain I would say Dormammu or Carnage.

Deadpool is lame because he's basically become the product of this type of reasoning: 'what do nerds like?'
"ninjas? robots? Firefly?"
"Okay he has ninja powers, part robot and is snarky"
And I hate being 'pandered' to. That's really what reading his comics feel like. A lot of people that don't read any comics at all (or next to nothing) instantly say he's their favorite.

He's also a hold over from the 'Dark Age' which many comic readers would be glad to get rid of.
Eh? Since when is Deadpool part robot? I've read the first eighteen issues of his first comic book and the entire Cable & Deadpool and never seen this mentioned ever.

I was being facetious. My bad. It's often times difficult to come across as such on the internets.

DareDevil. I found some REALLY low numbered issues for cheap recently and I'm remembering why I loved him in the late 90's. As usual, though, Ben Affleck had to go and ruin him...

Spider-man 2099

Just like the original web-head, except add a very dry sarcasm, subtract the Aunt May/One More Day crap.
Fav Quote:
Tyler Stone: "How can you nurse a grudge, Mike?"
Spider-man 2099 aka Miguel O'Hara: "I have tough nipples."

Fav villian? I'll have to go with Dormammu...

Killed Eternity and rebuilt the universe in his image once. But is totally hilarious and witless the other second.
He's partly diabolical and partly incompetent.

Well first, I will vote for Deadpool, because he's Deadpool.

And second, I will vote for Deadpool...because he's Deadpool!

(Think about this a sec. You know that this works.)

Awesome, another Punisher fan. Other than the Punisher my list is Gambit, Colossus, Nightcrawler, Forge, Bishop, Thor, Doctor Strange (next to nobody screws with Doctor Strange and doesn't regret it).

My favourite hero is Wolverine. He's awesome and Canadian.

Favourite villain is Dr. Doom. He does a lot of the things I'd do as a super villain, except for the times when he loses...

Kraven the Hunter. Solely because of Kraven's Last Hunt.

Dr Strange on the hero side, because despite his personal flaws Steve Ditko could draw like the dickens!

Whoa, is that a Marvel Comic or a Dr. Suess book?

Moon Knight for the Hero. I mean hes a paranoid crazy guy.

Villain I have to say Dr. Doom even though the F4 movies sucked.

Favorite hero?

Gotta say, it's the Ultimate Spider-man. He dosen't come off as a douchebag. In main canon? It's have to be whoever not going through "GRIMDARK! GRIMDARK!"

Favorite Marvel villain?

The one and only Taskmaster:

He's the reason I'm writing a superhero Novel.

Hero: Its a tie between Wolverine and Gambit

Villian: Magneto, because...damn some of what he says makes sense

For hero, Spiderman all the way. He's so witty it hurts. For villain, I'd have to say Loki, because he's awesome.
