pyro without a doubt . . . there's just something about the character that means you don't have to explain yourself to others . . .
The Medic, as you have the power of life and death, you can win matches, dominate entire teams, and most of all: win the respect and trust of your team. A good Medic will be defended and escorted, his attention will be valued, and players will sacrifice their lives to keep you alive. In the end, they will not thank you, they will steal medkits, and they will not extinguish you. Nevertheless, you must protect your team, heal the wounded and ubercharge the strong.

Sniper, because unlike monkeys, he throws piss at people. And because of how crazy his Meet the Team is.
Pyro. You have to wonder, what does he look like behind the mask? Also he has a flamethrower, and that's just cool.
The heavy of course! He's like a big lovable grizzly bear that you just wanna hug, and when you do he nom nom nom's your face off

OT: Mine will always be the Scout. The accent and the crazy weapons like the fish and the force a' nature always make me want to come back and play as him.
If we're talkin' for their personality, the Scout is an easy win for me, everything about him is awesome. Unfortunately, I am absolutely terrible at being a Scout, and instead prefer being an Engineer. Rather unique play-style, and relies more on your ability to correctly point at someone you want dead.
