If youre the kind of person to turn it off because of where its hosted, you're the one who needs to watch it most.

That post got a warning because one of the forum rules is that you can't post something saying that you or someone should or does use ad-blocks. They don't like us talking about ad-blocks because it hurts their ad money when someone uses it.

I always enjoyed extra credits. Its kinda like listening to a discussion piece on how to improve games. I'd be interested in seeing if they ever effect the industry though I mean plenty of developers have come forward and mentioned that they are aware of our friend Yathzee and agree and understand him so I would think developers might be watching extra credits and thinking about what they have to say. Then again everything falls on the publisher to let it be so and well. I don't have a lot of confidence in companies these days....

I didn't like it but watched it every week since it was the only thing that came out Thursdays on the Escapist. Now that it's gone, I can happily never watch it again.

I still watch it, and I really feel it's improved! I mean, taking the step from discussing and talking about to actually being able to do something with the large amount of money the wonderful community has donated to them is simply astonishing! I don't care about the host (I read PA on a regular basis, too) aslong as they put out quality content, which they haven't failed to do yet.

Is the fact it's not hosted on the Escapist anymore really that big a deal? I can't really see any difference in the episodes. As someone else said, it'd be like saying MovieBob wasn't any good because he is the movie critic on a gaming website.

though, as annoying as it is, they do make some good points on a variety of issues. You can usually tell early on whether it's going to be a "save the world" episode or a "here's some information on a interesting issue" episode

I don't care much at all for Penny Arcade. But I really enjoy EC as a show so I check it out on a regular basis.

Yeah, I still watch it, and it still has the same effect. The show hasn't changed, only their location. I'll follow them wherever they go, so it doesn't matter to me.
