Who would you cast as The Riddler in the next Batman movie?

I'm every excited about Depp as the Riddler and I definitely think he could pull it off. However...I still maintain that Jonathon Rhys Meyers (The Tudors, Match Point, and Velvet Goldmine) would be an excellent choice. I always pictured him in the role (assuming it's done seriously this time) for some reason.

Maybe; he's the one who plays King Henry, right? Might work, seemed very good in the Tudors; able to mix in the rational and insane parts of Henry's life well.

David Tennant would do a good job. For some bizzare reason, I can also see Gene Wilder in the role.

I dunno, I really liked the guy as the Doctor, but he seems like too much of a good guy to be a supervillain. But then again, that might work more; after all, the Riddler seems more like a nusicance level villain to Batman than a pyschopath like the Joker, so his nice guy 'feel' might present the odd mix of apparently friendly mind games with the villainous killings of the Riddler.

I was so sure David Tennat had this role, please for the love of god let it be him. Its the perfect transition out of Doctor Who, a genius who likes to play games with his victims. Sort of like a sadistic doctor who!
