as far as protagonists its CJ a smidgen infront of Tommy vercetti

but when it comes to other characters San Andreas is the clear winner with Wu Zi Mu, Ceasar, sweet, Mike Torino, Ken Rosenburg, and who could forget the truth. or Sam L. Jackson as tenpenny

if you asked me if GTA:SA was my fav GTA, i would respond with "does the pope shit in the woods"

Yeah, i reckoned that arab guy in EFLC is pretty loyal and cool to Luis as well

Tommi Vercetti. Love that guy. Also Phil Cassidy, CJ and Wu Zi Mu. Man, GTA 3 era games have the most awesome characters. GTA IV disappointed me even in that department. The only interesting GTA IV character was Packie McReary, that Irish son of a *****.

Rockstar's a boss in terms of creating characters personalities

Tommy Vercetti, but I hated Vice City because it was so damn flat. I lived in Miami for a while, and it wasn't a good enough representation of the massive scale that fucking city is... I wanted at least a bigger map, and better shoreline.

You can't really blame them for the size of the map of vice city, it's pretty large for a game that old I guess
