Honorable mention goes to Aqua from Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep. She's got a really good "responsible" vibe to her, which I like. And her voice is really nice. Also she's easily the best of the three when it comes to gameplay.

Yuna hands down, specifically in Final Fantasy X. Sure, she's hot and spunky in X-2 and all, but her original design is just gorgeous. She's a lot more adorable in the first game as well.

Gameplay-wise Aqua and Terra are probably tied for me, because I really like the feeling of weight behind Terra's swings.

But Aqua was certainly my favorite character from the game.

There are three that really pull at me, in order from when I first interacted with the characters. Tali of ME, Merril of DA2, and Neeshka of Neverwinter Nights 2. breaks my heart to see both Tali and Merril get upset during the games. Neeshka I just like everything about.

The first time I romanced a character in the series was Ashley in the first. I got to the second, though, and Tali was there for you every step of the way, and you were there for her every step of the way. Then Kelly said that she noticed chemistry between Tali and I (well, Shepard). Never looked back.

Gotta go with Faridah Malik from Deis Ex HR. Beautiful, really cared about her friends, kinda scary if pushed too far and, most importantly, my wheel man after a long sneaking mission. Second place would go to either Naoto or Chie from Persona 4. Break Naoto's heart on Valentine's day, I dare you. She'll know, and I'll find you. With Chie it was more a general liking. She's a slightly crazy exercise junky with self esteem issues, kinda like I used to be, so I could see where she was coming from in most situations.

OT: My three main crushes:

First is Tali from the ME series. I actually did grow very fond of the character. I romanced both her and Liara, and I know I'm in a minority here, but I grew more fond of Tali's personality. It took Liara a while to really form a character I liked. Liara was nicer to look at, but even Tali had a nice figure that made her attractive. Plus, the mystery of what was inside the suit just added to the intrigue.

Second and most recent is Leliana from Dragon Age. She has a caring personality with a very pretty look to her. And the accent. God I love her Orlesian (French) accent!!

The third and my very first VG crush was Yuna from FFX (and only FFX cause the sequel doesn't exist in my mind). I know Rikku tends to get more attention, but she was just too kooky for me. Yuna also has a very caring and driven personality. It is a bit naive, but as a young teenager when I first played many years ago, I connected to her a lot more (laughing scene not withstanding). Plus she also knows how to be sexy without being slutty or eye candy (much like Tali and Leliana).
