I don't have high standards but I know what I want in a relationship. I never put much effort into relationships that started after sex because I know its not going to last. My advise would be friends but let her know that there could be something there. That gives you time to get to know her.

My last ex was my friend for awhile before I realized that she was my type (too bad she was with one of my friends during that time). But when we started dating I noticed that she likes to lie. And that is the best way to say why we broke up. Other then that we were damn near perfect for each other.

Hey, if the attic is spacious enough and I have it all to myself, why not take an attic over a kitchen? Besides, people don't usually have a kitchen in their attic. So no kitchen duty for me, as it is I enjoy having very little interaction with my family any way. The attic wouldn't be so bad.

Because a lot of women (99.99% of the ones I have met) are insure and still very primitive. They never act rational on their periods, & I don't give a **** if it's hormones, logic can still tell you to calm down & act like a normal human being, especially if you know from day x to day y you're going to be volatile.
Just look at the amount of women who win nobel prizes.
Honestly, just go with whatever takes your fancy, but don't expect miss everything, I've never met one and can't see it happening.

First of all, note how I said 99.9& of the women I've met, so that's hardly a reason to someone a jerk because of their personal experiences is it?
Secondly, have you never noticed it? If you know you are going to be bitchy, well, what on earth stops ypur mind telling you this and you controlling your temper? This comes from a guy who has an older sister and hangs around with a lot of women. The turn into snappy cows on their period & say shit, which is clearly wrong, just to have an argument, like an angsty teen. Sorry, but why should a 20+ year old not be able to control themselves? It has been scientifically proven that women are driven more by their emotions, and this makes some of them just plain irritating to be around.
Also, can you really excuse the "Oh but he's confident so I like him", but really the guys a dick, which guys pick up on in around 10 minutes, yet it takes the girl 3 months of sleeping with the guy? Men & women literally have different brains, and a lot of the time the difference just makes a lot of the girls I've met really, really boring.

So you've only met women in multiples of 100. Of course hormones affect our decisions and mood but it applies equally for both genders. It's not been scientifically proven that women are driven more by their emotions than men, that's ridiculous folk lore, the science behind it questionable.

Everyone has different brains, your brain may be more similar to that of a women than another man. We just don't know enough about how the brain works to conclusively decide that gender is a defining factor in operational methods.
