i'm not great at understanding people, not at all, it took me the best part of 10 years to figure out why people watched football, but i was just thinking about the royal wedding and i've drawn up a blank, i mean why would anyone, much less hundreds of thousands of people give up their day off to watch two people, worth absolutely nothing to society, kiss on a balcony? i mean seriously, WHY?!
edit: for cryin' out loud people! can we maybe stop insulting my reaction times?! i just said i was just thinking about it, i didn't say i'd been planning this thread for the past 3 months!
I don't know whether or not your British, but if your not, here is the reason: Most British people care about their national history and respect their culture enough to give up 10 minutes of their day to witness a momentous moment in British history. Even those who didn't care much about the royals still took part because it was a celebration, where people could be happy and have a good time, while were in the middle of some dark times.
Also, really?
Someone who plays video games can't understand why people enjoy football. its one thing not to like it, but not to understand why its fun
