Can you imagine such a thing? I laughed just thinking about it.Pielikey said:I dunno, Counter Strike didn't...
I thought a cyborg was a Human crossed with machines , (not to sound like an ass whole) but i thought MC was just a guy in a suit.Pilot Bush said:]recoverytwo said:i think halo 3 is clean ?
The Chief and Cortana, two star-crossed cyborgs
No MC is a cyborg, but yeah Cortana's an AI. It was a joke, bro. Now MC and the Arbiter, on the other hand...recoverytwo said:gI thought a cyborg was a Human crossed with machines , (not to sound like an ass whole) but i thought MC was just a guy in a suit.Pilot Bush said:]recoverytwo said:i think halo 3 is clean ?

I thought Cortana was an AI.
Even so i never saw any "relationship between the two".

You're completely right... Why is this a thread?Crapster said:Probably because most stories in general have at least one romantic aspect to them.
Nah man, Mrs. Pacman is Pacman's love interest. Foiled again.stinkychops said:I agree I can't stand misuse of do/does.zenoaugustus said:The verb tense mistake in the title is killing be but I'll work around it.
I don't know why. I can think of a few that don't. But that's just a few, so they don't really count because I can think of way more games with love stories.
I can name many 'American' games that don't.
Pong, Pacman, Galaga etc (I think they're american...).

Try it sometime it'll do you good.Del-Toro said:I'm aware of what you were trying to say, and the inherent mockery against the lowest common denominator, I was just joining in on that line of thought.Douk said:I know, that isn't my opinion. Its just America (and other places) if you hate the movie about the guy who has 20 girlfriends and has to choose one then you never had a girlfriend and are some shut in loser or gay.Del-Toro said:A curious statement, considering gays are supposed to love too, just differently.Douk said:and if you hate it ur so ghey.
As for the topic, well, maybe it's just something to advance the plot. A little arbitruary I suppose but if things aren't moving the love interest getting kidnapped is a quick and efficient way of kicking off the next level.
Hahaha wow, pretentious much?Douk said:Do you mean movie cause that seems to be the deal.
Love is stupid to me, but to the average joe, love is the only thing they can't fail at. So they suddenly give it so much importance because it requires to physical input or otherwise effort "true love at first sight' I mean. Its easy, romantic, and if you hate it ur so ghey.

The average joe only likes love because it's the one thing they can't fail at?
I'm going for door number 3 here:
The door opening to reveal a very single and bitter young man at his computer...
and OP: Love/relationships are in all cultures, all society. Valued differently perhaps, but it's in our history, and our genetic make up...So this thread......should be done.
