Thanks for that

And yes, indeed games, not so much nowadays (for some reason it has lost it luster, but maybe that's because of my overall depression) but L4D flared it up a bit. I also like anime and movies. I never really go to the cinema though, don't have the people for it (no one here cares about Watchmen).
But the biggest 'problem', is that at heart, I'm more of a beta person: I love biology, nature in general, I'm a space-geek (love to watch stars at night, for example) and just science in general. Also alpha sciences like psychology and sociology, but generally more of the beta side. But the problem is that I'm doing Journalism, wich is more on the alpha side and not even really science. Ofcourse the obvious question would be "Why aren't you studying something scientific then?", well I for one I'm not allowed to. In the Dutch schoolsystem you have to choose a subject-profile when you're in highschool, basicly you've got the "society" (economic or culture) profile, and the "nature" (technical or health) profile. If you want to do something beta in college or university, you need the beta profile. Obviously I didn't choose the beta profile, for a very simple reason: I suck balls with numbers (getting a nature profile means getting higher math, physics and chemistry), a lót. So I was almost forced to choose a society profile, in other words the alpha side of things, wich means I'm limited to alpha side things at college (I can't go to university). Kinda sucks balls, loving beta, stuck at alpha. Hence why I'm not really with 'my people' here, I'm not at home, so to speak.
So that's my story, what's yours Geek@Heart (that'll keep you occupied for a while as well I guess
