Why does everybody here seam to hate MW2?

I hate the community who's very eager to jump down your throat calling you a "******" for either doing poorly, or beating him.

I like the game just fine, co-op is what is really really fun to me. Not like it matters, IW is breaking up so MW2 isn't exactly going to have much support unless another group starts making it. Most of IW is going to Respawn entertainment (the two heads of IW that were fired made it).

People like to think they're edgy by hating something popular.

Aside from that, there are several infuriating aspects of the game, like people that camp with the riot shield because they don't know how to actually play. However I forgive those aspects because it actually is fun to play with people who can refrain from noobish tactics.

But if everyone hates it, no one would be edgy anymore! Then we'd have to start hating bad games!

In all serious, what the Hell do I know, I never got around to playing it. Not because of the dedicated server issues, I just don't want to pay 60 dollars when I should be paying 50. Yes, I'm that stubborn. Don't judge me.

EDIT: YES, I know it was on sale for 50 dollars this past weekend. It's just that I already used my game money for the week on Fallout 3: GOTY. (Wanted to see what all the praise was for. I know why know. BECAUSE IT'S GOOD.)

Well...don't know bout you other guys but I had a lot of fun with the MW2...
As a PC gamers its quite weird to change the host every 5min cause of gigantic lag and the overflow of hackers and cheaters is truly overwhelming but with a good weapon and perks to it it's all kinda balanced in my opinion

Main: AUG/HBar with red dot scope and grip

thrown: Semtex

Perks: Extra Damage, Scavenger and Commando

Though this kind of applies to Plants vs. Zombies for me, but I am fine.

Given Activision are there publisher and how there treating IW, that doesnt go down well in my book as it is. also the lack of dedicated servers for pc users dont help

The nuke is the single worst addition to the game. What a cheap gimmick.

I dont know, I thought it was a pretty cool idea, just the developers didnt give a single thought to how it could be abused. And I dont think they have put anytime into thinking about how to fix it.

As short as the single player was, I really enjoyed it. The gameplay and action was kept constantly intense. Especially the level early on in the blizzard. First, you're stealthily sneaking along until they Captain Price and it breaks into full out action. Following which, you grab onto snow mobiles and race away. I really like how they pace out and vary the action.

But there is the thing. Sure, everything is counterable. But odds are you dont have a class to deal with every problem out there. There is just to much stuff that bites you in the ass.

Commando and lightweighters seem to be dropping off, because it is too easy to get a revenge kill, but there still is danger close noobtube, OMA noob tube, boosters.... The list goes on for miles. Don't get me wrong, I love that game to death and the game also has its ups in the unbalance(ment?). But se

Because eventually the prevalance of cheaters, exploiters, and asshats resulted in more instances of rage rather than joy. I don't hate the game, but I certainly won't play it anymore.

If it were only available in TDM I wouldn't have a problem with it. I just hate capturing all the flags on Domination and winning on points until some camping **** on the other team drops a nuke.

Who the hell at IW thought that was a good idea?

There is literally no justification for it, they broke their own game mode.
