Why doesn't anyone ELSE say that?

I often say that things are 'tubular' and have found myself saying 'Reaganomics' for no real reason whatsoever.

I use stuff like, "Well piss in my ass and call me Betty, if it isn't ______!" when I see someone I haven't seen in a while, or some variation of it.

my friend uses "fool" instead of "stupid" (like "oh man I looked like a fool" instead of "I looked stupid")...dunno if that counts

not in the quoting Mr. T way ("I pwn you, fool!")

I've been in situations where I decided the words "nifty" or "neat" (as in cool, not clean and organized) would be extremely useful.

I think those count.

Whenever I do something I'm proud of I always have to say behold but I have my own phrases like that's only half-creepy, and when its completely creepy I usually say "that scared the bajeebas outta me" its not real word but its fun to say. I also love shouting sweet baby Jesus instead of the normal Jesus Christ.

So long as you aren't vocalising 'leet speak', I like you.

A few antiquated words never hurt anyone.

As a way of saying thankyou; "Mate, you're a gentleman and a scholar".
Some old champion said it to me at work and it stuck.

i say a few little things some people find odd like;
"pop a squat" meaning simply SIT HERE.. like "come pop a squat" or "can I pop a squat?"
i also enjoy "curses..." with an added fist shake for dramatic effect.
.. i enjoy using "excellent" and "totally" more often than a hip person of today should lol

I have a tendency of saying "Shocking Development" alot.
And as a side note, if you've seen Conan recently Shia Lebeouf says outrageous a lot, and it sounds like a forced meme.

"pal", "jive", "scoundrel", "dame", and "broad"

Apart from "pal" and "scoundrel", I've never heard those terms used in real life. Few people say things like "jive" and "Dames", because just saying those words makes you feel like you're trying to be a hardboiled detective in a film-noir setting. For maximum effect, wear a hat, long coat, sit in a chair with your legs up, with the blinds slanted at an angle.

I don't really use "old fashioned speak" - but I do use "brit-speak". I say "Quite so" and "very well" and "hmmm, Indeed" as well as, "do carry on". My favorite must be, "BY JOVE!". Occasionally I'll use prospector speak, such as "Dagnamit" and "Consarnit".

I prefer a simple, elegant "SHAZAM!"

It's multi-purpose! Say it when you hit someone! Say it when you correct them!

I say:
Blaggard
Damn
Dammit
Hell
What the Blazes?
Holy Hellfire!
Damn that for a Lark!
Good God!
Good Lord!

And any other combinations you'd expect a whiskery old man who mumbles and drinks Port to say

I often find myself the subject of many strange looks when I start talking about things being "yay-big" or "yay-high."

Sometimes the reactions are funny, sometimes it just annoys me...

When I speak I don't use slang. I can't. It just sounds stupid when I do. So yeah proper English, but not particually old fashioned.

Well I say "Fucking A/Ace" and "Ace" then I'm the only Brit to ever use "Rat Bastard"
