OP: Good video. I greatly enjoy satire as a form of argument :)

As to the topic of gay marriage, I'm a bit neutral on the matter. On one hand, I have absolutely no problem with legal homosexual marriage. I think it's a great practice that gets gay couples the benefits of a married couple, such as insurance prices or hospital visiting privileges.

On the other hand, I'm not quite comfortable with the idea of a homosexual couple being married in a church or other religious establishment (Unless of course that religion supports gay marriage. In which case go ahead.)

Basically, I've got no problem with acknowledging the rights of a gay couple to get married. But, we should also pay attention to the right of a church/place of worship to deny a gay marriage since, as far as I'm aware, most religions state that homosexuality is a sin. It would be rather unfair to force them to go against their beliefs.

Thoughts?
I agree. Religions can chose who they wish to enter their church, but the law should allow everyone to marry the one they love.

Aww, no troll to attack...

The funny video made up for it though. I can be a real sucker for sarcasm sometimes.

I don't support homosexuality at all, but I don't hate homosexuals. Everyone has their own hangups, so who am I to judge really?

You dislike homosexuality and don't wish for it to be legal, but don't hate the homosexual people, yes? I'm just trying to understand where you're coming from. Not met anyone with your opinion before.

Same! I thought I was the only one who loved the voice almost as much as the content XD

It's like I'm really reading a chainletter from 1996

No, but... this is pretty old hat, man. He does a fair job reciting it, but it's very wash.

Dude made some real convincing arguments. Homosexuality should be banned.
Thank you for opening my eyes.
So much sarcasm in this thread. I don't know if that's a bad thing XD

Shame I missed it the first time around. But I figure, if I've not seen it before, maybe some others haven't.

I'm sorry if this is at all offensive of me to ask, but given the context of the reply, it seems you are transgender? Just curious as I find transgirls really cute ^^
I find no offense at all, Yes I am transgender but sadly no I am not a cute one. I am more of a bear I guess you could say or more a tomboy caught in a very masculine boy's body. Never have I worn a dress but I think I will at least once if it grinds against the grain of people such as him. ; )

Never ever? I'm not transgender at all and even I've at least thought about wearing a dress or skirt. They look pretty. So sue me, lol.

He's right! We should ban people from wearing obnoxious Hawaiian shirts! Especially if it is neither Winter, nor are they in Hawaii!

Thankyou, Snowy Rainbow, for bringing this, this, travesty, to my attention.

I'm glad you counter the mention of flaunting sexuality. I've always found it interesting how a heterosexual talking about their girlfriend, holding hands with someone, talking about love and relationships in general or just hanging out with other people who happen to be heterosexual is fine and normal, but if a homosexual does those exact same things and hangs out with a group of friends who happen to be gay, they are flaunting their sexuality, lol. It either is or isn't, people! Make up your mind XD
Not all cultures approve of that kind of behavior from anyone. While groups do create their own little social bubble, they have to realize that their actions do affect other people and social bubbles, and take this into account.
Being 'out and proud' is inherently flaunting, a little semantic exercise for you.

I've worn a kilt if that counts XD I'd totally wear a dress if I could lose some weight though. I'm very gender fluid/3rd gendered XD

I wouldn't call myself a gay activist or a... anything activist, really, but I think it's people like you many activists need. It's not that their particular brand of activism is applicable to you, it's the principle that, one day, your demographic will hit on hard times and be maltreated, and you'll be needing them, so we should all be standing up for our idea of what's right for all, not just what's right for us. People who fight for gay rights, in some ways aren't fighting for gay rights at all. They're fighting for gay people and any people to be considered equal, only not enough people are bothered enough to stand up and support them.

So, all heterosexual people are flaunting their sexuality too? I've never met a straight gal or guy who is in the closet and if being open about your sexuality makes you a flaunter, they are too :O

I've always loved those kind of people ^^ I've no idea why, just find people with no solid gender to be super sexy >_>
