However, I know America has the operating system market, CPU hardware, GPU hardware, and many other computer related fields pretty much cornered. 4) Yes, I think you might have been confusing high schooling with college education. In terms of primary and secondary schooling, America isn't all that great when compared to other first-world countries. However, America is definitely the best in terms of college education.
