A murder-rape simulator?Spirultima said:I was thinking while playing Fallout 3 the other day, in real human terms the urge to have sex is massively strong, but now or days its much more repressed, but imagine we took all the safety from our life's, we lived in a place were death could strike at any moment, you would want to get laid for various reasons.
I'm using Fallout 3 as a example here, your in a post-apocalyptic world, base human instincts come to force, you would shag a hell load, like shooting a female raider's gun and leg, killing her comrades, shagging her then kill her, it would be human to do such things.
So why is this bad? i would like to roleplay as a real human being that includes all forms of choice, whether or not to be evil or good, murder or not, sex or not, gay or straight or even to have a profession.
Its hard to describe without sounding like a pervert, but i think i got my point across.
god I wish this didn't describe my predicament ><asinann said:If she's bitching already, odds are pretty good you aren't getting any anyway.
Well in a game it doesn't make much sense really. If there was sex in a game then how long will you use the feature before getting bored ? games have the fun factor for many other reasons.Spirultima said:I was thinking while playing Fallout 3 the other day, in real human terms the urge to have sex is massively strong, but now or days its much more repressed, but imagine we took all the safety from our life's, we lived in a place were death could strike at any moment, you would want to get laid for various reasons.

Yes there is a line between gaming and porn, however that line does not exist between gaming and sex. I'm going to use Mass Effect as an example here. Within the game the player has player has the option of partaking in a romantic side story. At the end of this story is the scene of the players avatar making love with a character of the players choice. This scene is by no means pornographic, its the beautiful culmination of love, simulated love, but love none the less. While actively partaking in sex while in a game is not necessarily a good thing. Having sex within a game is not.Ziadaine said:Yeah...NO. There's a Thick line between Gaming and Porn, and that suggestion just erases that line and makes a circle out of the two. You want sex? Download a Porno or go have sex in life, Im sure both of those options are more satisfying then trying to pixel-rape someone.
If that makes you feel better, someone actually created a mod for animated sex, with any of the women/men of fallout 3.ElArabDeMagnifico said:A better Fallout 3 example - without all the rape.
"Hey prostitute, want to have sex? Here is far too many bottle caps."
"Ok, go upstairs to my room handsome."
She then lies down in a bed, and then you lie down next to her. That is not SEX bethesda, do you think I'm stupid?
