I'll try to explain this maturely, first, he won't last because the teen girls and weird boys that are his fans will grow up, more mature, lets say a year passes from now, the girls will be throwing away his albums and his merchandise for some new teen celebrity.
The main reason teens love Bieber is because he tugs at their heart strings, now, todays high schools and middle schools in my opinion, can go suck a giant willy, these schools are so freaking turmoil, war torn emotions that most teens say their dating because they want to feel like they belong, but are to young to actually be dating, seeing some teen up on stage, saying that he loves them all causes them to feel like they belong because of him.
Bieber will go like a common sniffles, thus the reason they gave the title 'Bieber Fever' to the fan girls, he won't last because theres only one way to keep pop alive, and that is changing out their current star for a 1 year younger 16 year old. I mean it doesn't even require skill, here, let me write a fast song
'Oh baby I need you, running in my head all night [stretch] My heads swirling around your body today, I need you today, OH YEAH!!
[repeat last line]
Please come to me, my baby.'
Now have a teen sing it, and you will get what I mean.
Please note that the lines above can be taken by anyone.
Point is, Bieber will be gone by next year, now please, have a nice day.
I have no problem with fans, or his music, but I JUST DON"T WANT TO HEAR FROM EITHER!

Once he turns 18, Disney will kick him to the curb in favour of some other young teen wannabe-idol. As long as he keeps auto-tuning his "work", his voice will never change.
This is what narks me -.- he isn't with Disney, he never was, he was founded by Usher on Youtube -.-

People really need to get their facts straight before they start criticizing someone instead of just assuming.

But yeh he could die out, many other teen sensations have.
'
actually, do you remember Hannah Montana, she was Disney and got thrown out for the Jonas Brothers [she says she quit my donkey] and hasne't come back to the entertainment world since :D
see, people on Disney that are pop get thrown out for new pop, like new soda over old soda.

I never said people on Disney are never thrown out, i know they are, or most anyway, what i was saying is Justin Bieber has NEVER been with Disney...

But having said that many people who left Disney are still going strong...Jessie McCartney for example.

Well, look at MJ. He started out as a kid and he still performed up to the day he died.
well yes, but he also become one of the most ridiculed people in music, and people already mock Justin very heavily. things dont bode well for him.

I wonder what happen if he suddenly start a prog/metal band.........
i would turn my opinion around in an instant and thousands of girls across the country would either have heart attacks or climax, depending on the girl.

Any publicity is good publicity. I really wish people would understand that they're only making Justin Beiber more famous when they hate on him.

I actually think the hate for him has simmered down a bit since Rebecca Black came along.

The people who think he will stay are 13-year olds. And they don't know jack shit anyway, to be honest.

Basically, he'll disappear, but another will take his place. It's not Justin Bieber people "hate", it's just a matter of following the trend on who's popular. With a person like Bieber, if his audience is manily young girls, you can be sure that young boys will say they despite him, to distance themselves from an image of them being similar to a girl. It's all about how people percieve you. I can crack jokes about Bieber, but I've honestly, never heard any of his songs. Only parodies.

It's a trend, and trends change. Getting invested is a waste of time.

even if its a joke it is quite likely, in all seriousness. He is famous as a "handsome" teen idol. As he ages he will become less cute by teen girls standards, and his voice will change into something that i predict will sound like Alvin and the chipmunks on ridlin.
Well when you say "handsome" teen idol to teenage girls. I must mention that if you watch a Bring me the Horizon video (or some other post-hardcore band) about half of the comments are from teenage girls that have a crush on the lead singer. And these guys are well past their teenage years.

Your probably right though. He will end up as a 'meh' to them eventually. Only to be replaced by something like Rebecca Black.

Anybody remember Aaron Carter? He was exactly like Justin Bieber; A Pop singing, teenage male with tons of screaming fangirls. I have not heard anything about him for along awhile.
I just looked it up and his last alblum came out in 2002.
I feel this is exactly what will happen to Justin Bieber, he will just fade into obscurity.
Ah yes Aaron Carter, brother of Nick Carter from the Backstreet boys if I remember correctly. I remember him being pretty big kind of like Mr. Bieber. Hopefully you're right about this one, because I am sick to death about hearing about this twat. At least Aaron Carter went through puberty and actually looked and sounded like a guy, girly boys like Bieber seems to be what every girl wants now.
Speaking of Backstreet boys...they are still singing :p

(saw it on my facebook news feed...shush)

Tbh i thought they died years ago.
Not bad, really liking the techno-blasted beats in it specifically.
