Why the hate for violence.

No sex without violence? I pity your partner.

Well, it's been pointed out several times that you've got the wrong kind of violence. Violence in the sense that is hated (punching people in the face, for example), is hated because it causes others pain, usually unecessarily and we would all be better off if we replaced beating eahother up with talking out or problems over tea and biscuits.

Violence simply is not cricket.

Violence is a major part of life all life. Without violence there be no sun no sex no growth. quote]

If you mean violence against other people then I imagine people are against it because it causes pain, can ruin or end lives, break up friendships, relationships, etc, destroys property, I could go on and on.
