Everyone shouldn't worry about Fallout 3, its gonna be awesome, maybe a tad too Oblivion, but isn't that a good thing?!

GUNS!! FINALLY GUNS IN A RPG, will be awesome, (I mean a 3-D RPG, bar MASS EFFECT, it was rubbish)

Well anyways, it should retain the comical video sequences from Fallout 2, like talking to the Enclave in Gecko using the computer in the Powerstation, lmao such a funnny sequence. I pissed him off so much he sent some vertibirds my way :D!!

Oh and never cite sales figures as evidence that something is good unless your willing to accept that Titanic is the greatest movie ever.
Gone with the Wind would be first. I played Oblivion for 80 hours and still love it. But of course that's impossible, all hail Yahtzee!

So, as I mentioned before, I'm The Escapist's resident NMA/DAC emissary, so that means that in order not to have been pulled to shreds in those sites, not only do I have to be completely insane, but I have to have played the Fallout games comprehensively.
Complete insanity is only required at DAC. NMA only requires extreme fanboi-ism.
Also, what's your username? I post on the site under the name sarge112.

Well, sure, if you adjust for inflation. As far as raw figures goes Titanic wins.

I'm not saying that it?s impossible to love Oblivion. I like Oblivion, at first I loved it. I'm just saying that it has some fairly serious balance issues. Its perfectly fine and possible to love a flawed game (see everyone who loves fallout 2 despite its bugs and many unfinished quests). My point was that the reviewers who gave it 9s and 10s probably didn't play it long enough to come across the later game balance issues. If they had then they probably should of have scored it in the 7 or 8 region. (Funnily enough this is what most reviewers scored the Fallout games at the time.)

I think it will be a little more of an RPG than Oblivion was, which I like
Plus it has Pip Boy in it, which makes it a good game automatically
Also it has a dynamic world, and actual good and evil quests, instead of Oblivion, which just had 3 good guilds and 1 bad one and next to no moral decisions

I just hope the world is more interesting than Oblivions. Grass, grass, grass, copy paste dungeon, city just like the last one.

From what I've seen and heard of previews Fallout 3's world is alot more varied and there are more things to discover. I hope this is true.
