I was just playing battlefront 2 yesterday.I would love to see a third battlefront game, as long as it has splitscreen multiplayer.

No way it could live up to my expectations. With the advancement of the industry, Call of Duty bringing a more RPG-esque style of of leveling up, and it generally being a few years behind everyone, there's literally too much for it to try and catch up on.
They in essence have to take everything that's good about the shooter industry as of today, and they have to remain true to the original while advancing the Star Wars lineage to a different setting. For it to succeed in my eyes at least.
But I'm still excited.

Ugh, I don't like where this is going. After Legendary, I'm not too proud of Spark Unlimited.
I couldn't bare having my childhood memories butchered by people that are not very good at making games. Personally, I would prefer someone like DICE making it. They could easily combine ground and space combat with a snap of a finger.
Like GaltarDude, I'll wait until the game is confirmed, then decide if I want to cry in a corner or not.
