Benny from George Lopez (the sitcom). She was terrible and abusive and deserved no forgiveness ever.
I would say she did a really good job of being right on the fence when you consider how much she was shit on by life.

She was an excellent counterexample to George: shitty shitty life, but she let out make her bitter while he broke free of it (with a little help from her, whether intentional or not)
There is a line. She is an example of where being the victim no longer invokes empathy. George is the one I empathized for. He had a bunch of shitty traits, but he turned the abuse from his life into being better than that.

At every turn Benny spits only venom, and shows NO appreciation for all the care and love and patience George and his family gives her.

Even the man who loves her absolutely, the redneck guy, she spurns unless it benefits solely her.

Daisy from Marvel: Agents of Shield. I'd had enough of her last season. There are literally a lot more characters in that show that are more interesting than her.
Hey, man. She's just discovering... getting over... fighting a... I can't disagree with you. She's becoming a pain and she needs to stop brooding!! Yes, you are an Inhuman, yes it's difficult and... oh just go away.

Honestly I hate Carmen more, she is always complaining about something and being a pain in the ass.

Also I really want the main cast of Fairy Tail to die, they are annoying as all hell and for all their talk on how people should treat other people well and friendship they do wreck a lot of shit and its not like the are sorry about it they know they can go overboard but instead of learning how to control themselves or apologizing to the people who own said property the comic just laughs it off as one of Fairy Tail's hijinks.

Peter Griffin. Does natural selection not exist in the Family Guy universe?!?

Also, the Joker. Yes, I know about Batman's rule of not killing*, but wouldn't this make him guilty of the deaths the Joker caused?

* - I am also aware that if Batman ever did, they would just bring him back. If the Joker died for good, apparently DC wouldn't be able to market him anymore. Yeah...

How? How come nobody mentioned Griffith from Berserk?!

This motherf***er needs to DIE. I don't care if Guts just impales him and lives, or they both die. I don't care if it will change the world for better or worse.

MOTHER. F***ER. MUST. DIE!

Negan from The Walking Dead.

It's just... how is this guy alive? He practically surrounds himself with people who want to kill him, have just reasons for killing him, and have the means to kill him. Oh but they're "scared" so they don't. Cut the bullshit, if it were real people in that show he'd have been dead the first week of the apocalypse.

He's probably dead in the next few episodes, yes, I'm aware, but he shouldn't even exist.

-Seymour (Final Fantasy X): You keep killing him and he keeps coming back, because Yuna squanders every chance she has to banish him right up until the end. He's at least a functional adversary that ties in with the context, but he's not so good a villain that him staying around is worth the protagonists holding the idiot ball.
This. Just this. Dresses like a freak, clearly a creep and for some reason(mostly Yuna being terrible at life), you have to fight him 4 fucking times. Because Plot.

I realize it was a children's show but everybody except for Dog in Catdog was just the most reprehensible person ever conceived. Lazlow, The Greasers, Rancid Rabbit and, especially Cat. I hated each and every one of those characters and even when he was an asshole, I always, ALWAYS sympathized with Dog.

I always feel bad for Cat. Sometimes he is just a jerk, but considering all the abuse he gets from everyone, can you blame him?

I feel similar to Squidward from Spongebob.

Having your hopes and dreams constantly squashed and mocked tends to embitter people.

EDIT:

Similar to Ed, Edd, n Eddy that's a show I rarely re-watch nowadays with a majority of the cast being too cruel to the Eds most of the time. Even if it's was usually Eddy's fault, the other two suffered for it, and in some cases, Double D would suffer for shit that wasn't his fault as well. As a kid, I dreamed I would beat up Kevin and Sarah for being such despicable assholes. The Kankers were really bad in the beginning, but we saw less of them as the seasons went on. They may have not died, but seeing Sarah get a wet willie, and Nazz trashing Kevin's bike was priceless. Oh, and this little moment.

The mouse from CatDog is named Winslow, not Lazlow. You're thinking of the monkey from his self named show.

There were times and episodes where I did feel kind of bad for Cat but looking at the series as a whole, there are a lot of times when Cat just seemed unnecessarily cruel to Dog to make me truly feel bad for him. I'm a cat person in general but when it comes to that cat I just have a hard time empathizing with him most of the time.

Brilliant! I didn't mind when Eddy got his teeth kicked in since he was the main driving force behind the shenanigans that went down in that cul-de-sac but yeah; whenever The Kankers came around or whenever Ed or Double-D got pushed around it didn't seem as justified. I really feel kinda bad for Double-D when I think about that time it showed his house and how his family spoke to him through post-it-notes.
