If I could really, truely fly...

Wings. Like, Hawk/Eagel wings. Big and feathery.

That would be the coolest thing EVER.

If wings come with the ability to breath the thin atmosphere way high up, stamina, and immunity from pesky governments wanting something to study to make super soldiers, then yes I would take the wings.

Failing that, the ability to regrow arms and organs in a few days would also be nice.

I'd like to say wings, but I know what flight would demand of the human form, herculean upper body muscles and extremely thin legs.

If anything I'd want eyes that can see almost any kind of light, like the Mantis Shrimp's.

hmm well i'd like the ability to jump higher and faster and also the capacity to deal with force of landing without breaking my legs and such.

Camouflage or wings. Flying would be bloody amazing, and camouflage is useful if I don't feel like talking to anyone.

Ears and smell receptors (screw having the nose, I'd look silly) of a wolf. I've had a fascination with having the ability to hear really well and smell really well for awhile now...

Sharp pointy scales.
Preferably in places where they can be used to cause hurt, like covering knees and elbows, finger joints, ect...

It'd look awesome.

Wings!
And really big-arse, difficult-to-walk-through-doors wings like Angel the X-man so I need to strap them to my back for safe-keeping or whatever.

Wings, probably.

Is it odd that I immediately leapt in my mind to which it would be easier to sleep on my back with?

I was going to say "tail" like the one Nightcrawler has. with a pointy tip, and it's really strong. but then I though that it might not be a good thing after all. You could get it caught in elevator doors. Plus I think most children will grab it like they would a cats tail. And you'd have more bones to break. Wings would have to be unfeasably large to be able to lift a human and probably take up some room. Personally, i would take most traits from a cat ("nightvision" and "ninja moves". Or maybe some sort of fish. Having lungs and gills at the same time would be awesome! or maybe shark's teeth... >: )

By the way did you know I think it's humanity's right/destiny to control the galaxy and be the masters above all the other races?
Ah yes we would rule all those zero other races in the universe, the odds of their being any form of advanced life (i.e non cellular) arent very likely. And even if there are because distances are so huge and the faster speed possible so slow in comparison we would never get into contact anyway.

OT:
humanity is perfect in it's evolution in my opinion.
Ha. That's a good one.
I have my ideals and opinions and you have yours, simple as.
Humans may be good, but you can't seriously claim that our knees are especially good. I mean walking uppright is great, but our knees aren't exactly optimal.

OT. Wings, or more specific magi angel wings that could support my weight. Or more "realistic" any animals ability to produce insulin.
