Seeing this trailer i have to say im absolutely elated about this, though im slightly miffed about the lack of hephilumps or woozels. But yes my inner child is jumping for joy it looks very traditional which excites me.

Great, another damn CGI 3D rema-

Wait... no 3D? Or CGI? They're using the original, amazing style?
...

I think I might cry...
Its just so beautiful, and so great.
Well, the Characters are made using the old method of animation, but like in "The Princess and the Frog", the Backgrounds are technically 2-D CGI. Regardless, it can still be considered 'original, amazing style'.

One thing is bugging me though: Towards the end, when Poo and Christopher Robin are walking, why does Christopher Robin have only 1 sock?!

Whinnie The Pooh was THE symbol of my childhood. If they had messed wi the animation I would be pissed. I'm not ashamed to say this brought me back.

One thin though. I haven't seen Whinnie te Pooh in atleast 10 years, have their voices always sounded like that ? It jut sounds weird for some reason.

I've always been a casual fan of disney's Winnie the Pooh I suppose. But then I saw the Soviet Russian version and it blew me away!

And I'm not joking either, it really does exist:

Winnie the pooh was good. I don't think I will see the remake though.

That's awesome. Piglet confessing he owned a gun was totally not Disney.

Also, I recognized that version of Winnie the Pooh. It turns out the guy who makes the program I use to put videos on my PSP uses his image to beg for donations. It always struck me as odd, because the character looked too characterized to be made solely for asking for money.

OT: I can't say I've ever really been much of a Pooh fan, but damn that 90's cartoon was awesome. This movie looks really close and not too kiddie to make it lame. I'd totally watch it.

Wow, Winnie the Pooh is something that I have not thought, or have been reminded, of for a very long time. But what was up with Eeyore walking headlong into a tree? He's always been slow, but he's not stupid. Oh well. I always loved when someone would pin his tail on him and he'd take off like a speeding bullet.

It looks good, but really this series couldn't carry a plot with a bucket, so I doubt the movie will be all that interesting, probably just a really long episode of the old TV show.

Oh, Eeyore. Nobody is more emo than you.
Man, this takes me back.

Will I see the movie? Probably not. But still. Nice to know Pooh is still alive and kicking.

As someone who grew up with Winnie the Pooh and has one of the poetry books in her favourite memories of all time... I'm pretty damn excited. This looks very adorable, and could very well be another case of the Toy Story 3. Not to mention, the old-style animation and book-style presentation is beautiful, unique, and nice to see again over this surge of 3D.

What do you think? Are you going to see this movie?

I'm sure you will.
O__O....OMFG!! I teared up hearing this song..

This definitely will be like Toy Story 3!! Fucking Disney is doing it right! If anything it's almost as if Disney is letting us all depart from most of our fond childhood memories. I remember watching the very first version of winnie the pooh and Loved it.

I'm officially excited to see this...

Note: don't let this undermine my darkness and desire to plunge the world into Chaos...

You don't sound pathetic because I cried at the end of the Tigger Movie. *sigh*

Oh damn! My little sister loved that movie.. When i see it now, it's just a heartbreaking reflection and It's really hard to watch.

Ah man I grew up watching this guy, good memories.

OT: Don't know if I am going to go see this. I find Pooh and his honey a bit too much like a heroin addict and his heroin.

You would actually fit in quite nicely with my group of friends.
