you know, interesting as this story was (for about 30 seconds) I really don't see why the article needs to be 4 PAGES long, or include a life narrative of the gal...

Ya it was really fucking long. I mean, post a bunch of pictures of her and one page of stuff, four pages is way overboard!

Oh and I would hire her in a heartbeat, then get sued for the other kind of sexual harassment... you know, the... groping kind. >.>

Woman gets fired for no real reason and it's either "Suck it up" or "Well isn't she conceited". If you read the article you'd see that she isn't just a woman who's obsessed with her looks. She's a mother, she's done VERY WELL in her old jobs and quit because she was sexually harassed. And here she is the one being punished because of irresponsible behavior from other workers. I highly doubt she had poor performance since she won awards in her old job in a very similar line of work.

'I was fired for being too attractive', it's possible although given what the stereotype surrounding male managers and superiors is, I'm suprised the opposite didn't happen (I'll only say this once, no fat chicks).

It's hard to feel sympathy for her because, as was made painfully apparant by their in depth list of comparisions at the beginning, she's very attractive and probably wouldn't have a hard time recovering from the loss of this job (especially if she has now recieved attention from the media for being attractive and a victim) compared to (for example) a not-so-special looking guy who's job loss went reletively unnoticed.

I totally believe this, I work in a HUGE office building and there is this one girl here who always gets talked to about her dress. And the thing is she doesn't even wear the most revealing clothing either. She's just so smoking hot that pretty much anything she wears looks great, it doesn't matter how much skin shows or how tight it fits. The best part is though.... it's usually the most unattractive women that do all the complaining about her. Jealous little trolls they are...

Honestly, she's not that hot. I mean yeah, she's definitely attractive, but it's not like she's on super model standards or anything that they had to go and describe every appealing detail of her body as if Stephenie Meyer was the one writing it.

I agree that the supposed reason her bosses fired her for is extremely dumb, and that they should have better control over their mind and penis. But I'm having a hard time being sympathetic as it is obvious she has the looks and the skills to get a different, possibly much better job, without suffering any financial or emotional damage. It's obvious she's not in any hard need for money what with all the brand name clothes she shops for. So I really don't see what the big deal is.
