Ugh, this sickens me. Part of me blames the 13 year old's raging hormones. Probably a CoD player. (Just KIDDING!)
But, this chick deserves a mssive punishment; WHY a 13 YEAR OLD! I mean, most of my friends got laid at 14 or 15, but with a partner within two years of their age.
I'm lucky my mother barely knows how to use a computer, otherwise she'd go on about how everyone on the internet is going to rape you and that you should stay out of contact with all of them.
Oh, and that gaming is basically the devil and that she blames everything negative I do on it.

If thats the 36 year old man's fetish(To like 13 year old girls), and the girl agrees to do it, then yes, I don't care. Some people like having sex with older people. Is it wrong? Probrably, but I'll be damned if I shun someone for a really sick fetish. The girl getting raped is an entirely different situation. If a child gets raped, if anyone gets raped, then the rapist should go to jail.

I agree with statutory rape laws, they're necessary and all, but talking about whether something is actually wrong or not, I don't think I would have minded sex with an adult woman at 13. It's pushing it as far as age goes, but you still can't say it's absolutely wrong without knowing more about the situation. Sex with someone pre-puberty is always wrong, but once they've hit puberty, consent is actually feasible.

I think I put the emphasis on the wrong thing. What angered me was the implication that, well obviously if she had been 23 and hot then LOL it's okay because he got laid. And I feel like if the genders had been reversed, as people have mentioned upstream, then the guy probably would have been crucified on the spot. If it had been a 13 year old and a 15-16 year old, then I doubt I would have had the reaction I did, because then at least they're both in puberty. And yes, I don't know the full story, so I can only guess, and add from a personal perspective: I'm a 23 year old woman, if I were ever seeking out a 13 year old for sex, it would be because I was a pedophile (or a hebephile if you want to be pedantic), and that's only a ten year age gap, she was 36.

What double standard? She didn't rape the kid. He had to be able to get it up for any sort of intercourse. And in no way did it say he didn't consent. Kudos to the kid, imho, he got laid at 13. The guys lucky.

The way I see it, if nothing was forced it shouldn't be considered rape. Now, if the kids like 5, and she came along saying, "Wanna have sex?" The kid might say, "Yeah!" without knowing it. Thats wrong. But this kid is 13, he didn't just get picked up, they clearly had this planned, he knew what was going down, he's not a victim.

I have to agree with the weirdness of the lie, though. She lied about being 23 because she was 36? Both are illegal. A lot of people think that pedophilia can sometimes have something to do with wanting to maintain your own youth, so I'm guessing she was just trying to feel young.
