"X is well documented" I don't necessarily hate the phrase, but it is far too often used as a replacement for finding actual evidence to support your position.
"noob" Again, it is far too often used as a way of saying, "Stop killing me!"
"quite frankly" Quite frankly, anyone who says this quite frankly needs to find a new phrase rather than "quite frankly". You see, "quite frankly" is quite frankly little more than fluff, and it quite frankly sounds awkward and annoying when it is said over and over again, quite frankly.
"quintessential" Like with the first phrase and "noob", it isn't that I hate this phrase. However, I constantly see it used by someone to make themselves sound smarter than they really are. However, it is humorous when someone says "most quintessential" and you get a chance to point out the redundancy of "most".
"percolate" Every time I hear this I just can't help but think about one journalist from CNN who overused it and was rather arrogant while using it. I'm not sure if she still uses it, though, as I haven't bothered to read anything on that site in a while.
"that's crazy" and "wow" I don't mind these used in moderation, but some people just use it over and over and over and over again.
