I used to pronounce "ocarina" as "oak-arina," and now I say "ah-carina." I'm not exactly sure if I'm saying it wrong now or I used to say it wrong.

Never heard it pronounced anything other than oh-cur-reena or och-a-reena so the former is probably right there.

As for another one I pronounced epitome "eh-pee-tome", and I thought "eh-pi-toe-mee" was a seperate word meaning the worst of something.

I do have a Boston accent, and I pronounce the following words wrong.
-Car (Cah)
-Park (Pahk)
-Yard (Yahd)
-Hard (Hahd)
-Fool (Foo. I drop the l, I don't even know why).

None of that's "wrong", the Brits and us Aussies pronounce those words like that anyway.
Except for "foo".

Again, another thing that Aussies/Brits do as well. We pronounce the R, but we don't overpronounce it. There's an article on Wikipedia about it somewhere, apparently the two main ways of pronouncing R have names.

On a related note, I found it utterly hilarious when I talked about going to a party ("PAH-tee") on my vlog, and some American viewers wondered why I was going to the "potty". Despite the fact that everything else I said implied that it was a party.

I don't know how it managed to get "pahst" them. -_-
