Yes, it is arguably a good game. It has a hell of a load of story to it, it's very deep whilst not being too hard to pick up, especially if you have someone to teach you: then it's pretty smooth sailing.
Now here's the twist: not all players are addicts. It isn't the game itself you should look on with disdain, it's those addicts themselves for being so pathetically weak-minded.

I don't like WoW, personally. I don't say anything about the game because I don't have anything good to say about it. Some people like it, some don't. I'm one of the people hate it as a game, rather than hate it because a lot of other people do. To me, WoW is just like every other MMORPG. A farming grindfest that doesn't have anything better to do with itself than to kill time and money. I got to level 2 in WoW in the trial and I got bored of playing really quick. I'm sure it could get better if I got to a higher level, but I've never reached the level cap in an MMORPG and I don't think I ever will, so I don't even want to get involved with WoW.
