For the rest of this post, I'm going to assume that this is a quest everybody has to do, since it looks really elaborate and crafted with Bioware's full attention. I don't think they'd do that for a quest half of the playthroughs will not see because of a choice made in the previous game.Nostalgia Ripoff said:To be fair, he may be referring to the Paragon ending to that mission, whereAlleged_Alec said:I disagree. It was an all right game, but far below other games made by Bioware. Shoddy storytelling and horrendous railroading were two of the nails on the coffin of this game.Foxblade618 said:To be fair, many games are on the 2-3 year dev cycle: Mass Effect 2 included (and that game was spectacular).
EDIT: HOooooooooooooooooooo there... Wait one second. In that demo, did he really say:
? I undid that in Mass Effect 2, for fuck's sake. They better have a damn good reason for having them turn sides.the Geth are working with the ReapersIf you took the Renegade route, they probably won't be a problem.Legion said that there is a possibility they could go back to the Reapers if you reprogram.
OT: I dunno, I've been watching a lot of gameplay footage and interviews on the game, and it looks like the best of both games are making it into this one. The gameplay from 2 and the customization from 1. Dammit, March, get here sooner!
Honestly? I don't care. Apparently they decided to undo one of the major 'moral' dilemmas in this game (with moral being somewhat constrained by only having to renegade options). And why? So we can fight some more Geth? I don't care about fighting them, to be honest. I've fought them for two games now, and a change of pace would be nice, thank you. Not only that, but you're doing it whether it makes sense or not to do so.
