OH MAN! Who else even remembers this game?? I actually own a copy! Crazy. I thought it would be good because I thought it was like a sequel to 'Flashback' or something (Which was freaking wicked). I'm not sure why I thought that...are they related? I don't remember.
Yeah, it was a sequel.

Shudder

I'd like to nominate the 'How Not To Do It' FPS Turok Evolution, as well as Drake of the 99 Dragons and pretty much every game on this list [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_games_notable_for_negative_reception].

I thought so! Good to know I'm not crazy...about this. It's really too bad they screwed up a great game like Flashback.

Animal Crossing
I disagree.

In my vague recollection I recall a gameboy Scooby-Doo game that sucked eggs but I can't recall the title.

Switchblade on the Speccy. The only game where you die within seconds on the very first screen FOR NO REASON (apparently it's for climbing down a ladder...)

Wild 9 - oh. dear. God.

Euro Truck Simulator <-the one copy we actualy stock has been on our shelves for a long time and will probably rot there.

The "game"'s website describes it as "Euro Truck Simulator is a European first - A truck simulation game in a European setting, with European long haulage trucks! Drive cargos from Rome to Berlin to Madrid to Prague - and many more cities - in realistic vehicles. Euro Truck Simulator is a faithful reproduction of driving trucks on the European road."

Worst things are that it RRPs at £29.99 and it for some reason has a cult following.

You guys have no originality, you just put what all those gaming websites and mags put as the worst...which is why I'm going to do the same!

E.T. Was THE most digusting, horrifying and evil game I have ever had the sad chance to play.
Next up on my list was DOOM 3. I mean come on! I had to CARRY a flashlight! Do they not have guns with lights on them anymore?

Worst Game Ever: Superman 64.

Let me even tell you a small story about this game...
About 9 years ago when I was 15 I worked for Hollywood Video. The good news was that I got all of my game rentals for free, so inevitably I rented every game under the sun without even reading reviews. Right before I quit, I had rented Superman 64. It was the most abysmal game I had ever played. Once I left Hollywood Video, and my free rentals went dry, they decided to consider my outstanding rentals as real ones...which meant they incurred late fees. I had lost the case to Superman 64 and kept trying to turn in the cartridge but since I hadn't left on good terms, they were assholes about it and wouldn't take it. Many of you may not know this but the per game cost for a rental store is monumental, comparatively speaking, to consumer prices. Once I didn't turn it in I was charged in full late fees plus their cost of the game. My bill was $154.00. I tried to get out of it, but they sent me to a collection agency.

Yes, I paid $154.00 for my proud copy of Superman 64', so aside from it actually being terrible...personally, I rue the day I came in contact with it.

McKids was acceptable.
I actually had fun with Shaq Fu.
Big Rigs was awesome becuase I broke the speed of light going reverse in a truck.

Action 52 is the worst game of all time because it sold for $200 and was 52 games that would have been shitty on Atari 2600, and they even look like Atari 2600 games too. I played through all 52 of the games that worked (Alfredo always just went to a black screen this is true on the genesis version as well for me) and they all had major flaws, which is impressive considering how basic the design was. Don't believe me? Look it up on youtube. I think the guy who reviews it is Silent Rob or Maybe it's Silent Jay.

As for next gen games, Sonic the Hedgehog was pretty awful, but it was a fun kind of awful. I was able to laugh off my cheap deaths and not rage, but it probably killed my 360.
