Worst Game Ever: Superman 64.
Let me even tell you a small story about this game...
About 9 years ago when I was 15 I worked for Hollywood Video. The good news was that I got all of my game rentals for free, so inevitably I rented every game under the sun without even reading reviews. Right before I quit, I had rented Superman 64. It was the most abysmal game I had ever played. Once I left Hollywood Video, and my free rentals went dry, they decided to consider my outstanding rentals as real ones...which meant they incurred late fees. I had lost the case to Superman 64 and kept trying to turn in the cartridge but since I hadn't left on good terms, they were assholes about it and wouldn't take it. Many of you may not know this but the per game cost for a rental store is monumental, comparatively speaking, to consumer prices. Once I didn't turn it in I was charged in full late fees plus their cost of the game. My bill was $154.00. I tried to get out of it, but they sent me to a collection agency.
Yes, I paid $154.00 for my proud copy of Superman 64', so aside from it actually being terrible...personally, I rue the day I came in contact with it.
