Final Fantasy X

Crap Gameplay, Godawful Offensivly Bad Story, and just basically a Handbook on how to not make a game. EVER.
And we have a HATER =P
I guess people have different tastes.
I myself despise Two worlds and Big Riggs
By that logic everyone posting in this thread is a hater. How is posting a name of a crap game in a 'Worst Game EVAR" thread make me a hater?
Because LogieBear disagrees with you. :p
(I do agree with you though, X is probably my least favorite game in the franchise. Like, really, Blitzball? Let's take a boring, frustrating game mechanic and shove it in the player's face at every possible opportunity...)

Probably the worst game I've ever played...would have to be StarFox Adventures for the Gamecube. It's just a boring pack of sidequests and collections, with bland combat and powers. Not to mention the fact that for some reason the main character can't use his gun, but hey, feel free to use a freaking spacejet whenever you have the fuel to, I bet that won't harm the planet as much as killing things in a slightly different, more effective way...

If i had to choose between the two games i HATED more then anything else, the worst one i played was Dungeon Lords. BY GOD, talk about an unfinished game...it SUCKED in every meaning of the word- Boring plot, uninspiring world, combat and gameplay was glitchy (HELL, the character creation models weren't even properly finished!). So, definately this game.

Halo 1.

It's not the worst game because it's utterly bad, it's the worst game I've ever played because it's so dull, dreary, slow and monotonous that I couldn't actually play another FPS games for a long while after beating it. At least if a game is bad enough that it illicits anger, it's doing something, but that game was just so boring!

Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 2.

Sure it was a bit actiony, but there was no story and fighting moves were extremely limited.

Also, LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT

Worst ever is kind of hard for me since I've been playing games all my life. There were many games I borrowed and returned straight away because of how crap they were back in the NES days. After that, I would buy magazines and pick the most interesting looking games. surprisingly, that turned out very well.

The only game I really hate though is the horrid sequel to the super special awesome SSB Melee, SSB Brawl. HAL mutilated the game play mechanics to appeal to a wider audience and prevent tournaments. They achieved this (actually, they didn't) by killing off combo's, have you trip randomly any time, slowying down the over all speed and kicking all advanced techniques out the door. It basically made Brawl shallow and hollow, even with all the extra features and mini games it still was no where as interesting as Melee.
when you put it that way...

Do I even need to explain Superman 64...honestly, I want to find the man who made it...and GRRRRRRR it makes me so mad
wow, that was my thought before I actually opened up your thread! (but after I'd seen your question of course) WORST I've ever played is Superman 64, for obvious reasons. I've kept my copy all these years only because it was so bad.

I'll also give an uncommon answer: Pac-Man world 2 on the SNES. Its a POINT and CLICK game posing as a platformer, using the Pac Man license.
a point and click Pac man 0.o yeah not good, point to eat pellet...and pellet...and pellet.....

Probably a obscure simulation game called "fast food tycoon." My parents got it for me when i was around 12 or 13 and I found out FAST how awful it was. There was no manual, no practice mode, and almost no help whatsoever. The only way to figure things out was through trial and error. In fact, it was so bad, it was one of the major reasons I quit simulation games forever.

The game that first comes to mind is No More Heroes. It was so colossally boring and unfunny that I took it back to the store the day after I got it.

I thought I would like it, and by God did I try to like it, but it was terrible.
