Well most Resident Evil lines are bad, but that one in Umbrella Chronicles takes the biscuit:
Jill: "I have a bad feeling about this" [Immediately after being attacked by a zombie and NEARLY getting killed.]
I think the writers must know they're bad and are jus conforming to type...

So true. The dialogue in that game was plain retarded at times. Since FFX came out JRPG's aimed to be the very manifestations of cheesiness and copy-paste-stupid-angsty-twat'ery.

The generic NPC's from Morrowind though are so painfull to listen to it's as if they're asking you to hurl yourself face first into your monitor and shoryyuken the shit out of them. Try becoming a vampire.. You won't know the meaning of bad voiceacting before you've heard the line "Foul beast AWAAY WITH YOOOUHhhhe!"
