worst looking enemy on a game

I can't really think of any enemies that made me retch, but The Licker in RE2 was kinda gross-looking, at least in the introductory cutscene for it.

Gotta be the explosive baby doll-like creatures from Condemned 2. They are disgusting, especially since they keep moving as you hold them. Although, I do admit it is rather fun to kick them...

Otherwise, the troll... thing from Castle Crashers I haven't seen noted yet. I didn't even know it was a troll - thought it was a really ugly cat.

It's not a villain, but the deer that moves by poop-stream was... wow.
