Okay, what was the biggest "Oh no, what have I done" moment with a member of the opposite sex. The overal outcome of it doesn't have to be bad, but the thing that had you the most worried about what would happen at that time

Mine is when a girl I was really good friends with told me she had been harboring feeling for me for the last year. The reason she hadn't told me was because she didn't want to screw up my current relationship. When she told me, it flipped my world upside down, and made me question everything about the kind of person I was. What wound up happening though, was I eventually realized that I had been taking her for granted, and that she was everything that I look for in a girl, and I began dating her.
A year later, life is still seet, and things are better than ever!
Love you hon

Wait... That was a worst moment?

I was going to say something stupid like "Opposite sex? What's that?" but your OP threw me off.
Yeah, generally with a worst moment it should be something bad... The OP kind off described something I would call a Best Moment...

Mine would probably be the time I asked out that girl this week, and we haven't talked since, and I think she's avoiding me.

I knew a guy who was out walking with a girl, they laid down in the grass, then she jumped up screaming a few minutes later because she laid in an ant pile, and was covered in ants.

Ummmm, I've had a few.

Ages 16-21 for starters :)

Had a couple of 'performance' issues in the past, only a couple, but one of them was with this amazingly gorgeous sexy girl, who I'd been lusting after for months and never thought that I'd get to touch. I did get the chance and while the spirit was willing, the flesh was uncharacteristicly weak :)

Haha, oh wow... where do I begin? I always have a new "worst moment."

One thing that happens pretty often to me, however, is after I respond to something a girl may be saying to me, I often think in my head "D'oh! I should have said (insert something hilariously witty) instead!"

No, it turned into a really great thing, but at the time I was really worried, and I thought I would lose my current girlfriend (which, I guess, I did) and, even worse, my friend, who meant a lot to me. I just got lucky and things worked out is all.

I was sitting with my (now) girlfriend on my bed one night, talking. At the time we were only friends, and had been so for the past 7 years. I had picked up some signals from her for a while, and decided to try and kiss her. She pulled away and said "What are you doing?". Felt like my world was crashing right there, the first few seconds, until she realized what I was trying to do and rectified it by kissing me instead. But boy, those first few seconds after my failed attempt were purest horror...

The time I lost my virginity and not only did my friend watch like a creeper, but I was interrupted by my mother.

Anyone wanna have sex with me? It's gonna be awkward!
Ouch.

My worst time was the time I asked a girl I had a crush on to a dance and was turned down.

Typical, but I felt terrible for a week afterward.

Half way through kissing a girl a couple of years ago she breaks down into tears (not of joy) and sits crying for about 5 minutes constantly saying sorry and how she can't do this because it will screw up our friendship.

My god that was:
a) The longest 5 minutes of my life
b) One of the low points of my life
c) A messed up night, I proceeded to stay around her house for another 3 hours or so watching a film and playing a game of scrabble... dear god I spent the whole time thinking of excuses to leave because even though it hadn't 'screwed' up our friendship is bloody made the night awkward

hmmm i'd have to say worst moment was when my dress fell down at the christmas ceiliedh (scottish country dancing) because he was insistant that we did 6 turns and ended up pulling me a bit to much and the inevitable happened. The funniest part was I kept dancing having flashed the band, this was a fair enough plan except when we did our polka (you have to hold each others hands and turn while moving around anyway its pretty fast and requires both hands)at which point I was forced to press myself against him to keep my dress up...

You know that moment when you're together with a girl, and you're both completely quiet. You stare into each others eyes, slowly moving towards each other. She closes her eyes, and you... and you... She opens her eyes again, laughs at you, relaxes a bit, moves into a more comfortable position, and you're back into the same situation. She closes her eyes again, and you... you...
She opens her eyes, slightly puzzled this time, places her head in your lap, to encourage you, show you she wants it too and is waiting for you. She closes her again and you.... you...
She gets up, laughs, wishes you good luck and walk out of the room.

Wait, this never happened to any of you guys?!
