Wait... That was a worst moment?

I was going to say something stupid like "Opposite sex? What's that?" but your OP threw me off.
Yeah, generally with a worst moment it should be something bad... The OP kind off described something I would call a Best Moment...
No, it turned into a really great thing, but at the time I was really worried, and I thought I would lose my current girlfriend (which, I guess, I did) and, even worse, my friend, who meant a lot to me. I just got lucky and things worked out is all.
Glad things worked out for you, though. Always good to hear.

Worst moment.. I don't know. Probably not watching where I was walking and slamming straight into some massive beefy dude's chest.

It kept happening for a while. Quite annoying.. But not that bad. Just awkward.

Also, my best friend in primary school freaking out when he could see my bra strap (under singlet top). I didn't get what all the fuss was about and pulled the strap down. "That any better?"

Apparently not. He very abruptly shoved his head under a pillow and I just started laughing, then felt bad afterward.

.. Eh. I've have more awkward moments around girls than guys.

Let's put it this way, the details are far too graphic for this forum, but my final words were, "I'm so sorry, that's never happened to me before."

I'm surprised no one's pulled a "Last night... WITH YOUR MOM" sort of thing, yet. xD

As for me, it seems like pretty much every single time I open my mouth I say the wrong thing, and... yea...

The time I lost my virginity and not only did my friend watch like a creeper, but I was interrupted by my mother.

Anyone wanna have sex with me? It's gonna be awkward!
Ouch! My worst moment isn't/wasn't anywhere near that bad.

A friend who I had been shamelessly flirting with for a while (she was flirting back) once plucked up the courage to ask me out and I didn't realize she was inviting me on a date so I accidently turned her down only to realize about 3 seconds later what she meant. I could quite happily have smacked my head against a wall.

You know that moment when you're together with a girl, and you're both completely quiet. You stare into each others eyes, slowly moving towards each other. She closes her eyes, and you... and you... She opens her eyes again, laughs at you, relaxes a bit, moves into a more comfortable position, and you're back into the same situation. She closes her eyes again, and you... you...
She opens her eyes, slightly puzzled this time, places her head in your lap, to encourage you, show you she wants it too and is waiting for you. She closes her again and you.... you...
She gets up, laughs, wishes you good luck and walk out of the room.

Wait, this never happened to any of you guys?!
Dear God, I hate those situations. Especially when they give that exasperated look of "well, come on already" and your brain just freezes completely.

Generally, accidently beating her up... about three times. I feel really bad for them, but she laughed it off. So far I haven't drawn any blood so I'm in the clear! Huzzah!

Yeah, the second you get that look, it's like there's a big invisible wall between you and her. It only becomes harder from there.
It wouldn't have been that bad if she waited half a second longer the first time. But after that little laugh of hers, I was completely frozen solid.

She: "What are you thinking about?"
Me: "What was the name of the planet the Transformers where from?"

Both a hit to my manlyness and my nerdyness.

Well, shall we go for a list?

There was my girlfriend of one and a half years (14-16, we were together for). We'd never have sex, for reasons that I shan't describe here. Part of it was being kinda young, part of it was reasons she imagined that I shan't digress into here. But when we finally did get round to "doing the deed" it turned out that she was too incredibly tight, even for my pitiful manhood. Hell, it hurt me trying to get it in as much as her. That was a fairly crushing blow to an already unhealthy relationship.

Oooh, ooh, or the SECOND time I nearly lost my vaginity. When I was so sexually anxious from the first girl I was unprepared for seeing someone a year older than me. I was terrified the first day we went out, she wanted it. I wanted to oblige, but the little fella was so terrified I'm pretty sure he retreated into my kidneys.
...and then I tried to do it anyway. Urgh.
Just urgh. That's maybe the most embarassing. I've done worse things, but that's the only moment in my life I'm routinely pained to reminisce, even 3 years later.

If she answered correctly, marry that girl. Marry her now.

Probably when a friend told me that he had feelings for me and I freaked out and wouldn't talk to him for days. I had the hots for him years ago in school and we'd been in contact since but I'd then moved away and I was thinking it was all to much WTF for me. I ended up marrying him though :p

She laughed, and then told me.

Marriage isn't exactly what we're into. -coughbdsm-

Being dumped. Cruelly, a good measure of how good your relationship was is how painful it is when your dumped. But I think telling me it was because she wanted to go out with an asshole instead made things worse.

I like hugs a lot. Often I'll call for a group hug for no reason with whoever I'm talking to. Once I initiated a group hug, but then decided to stop everyone who came in to join by lightly pushing them away. I aimed for the bellies, but my hand ended up a little too high for one person and landed on someone's chest. I immediately pulled my hand away, but AGH that was awkward.... at least she joked about it later that day (albeit somewhat harshly).

For me it was when a friend of mine confessed she loved me, and then the same day my at that point girl friend decided she wanted to kill herself.

Well I don't really have anything too memorable when it comes to dating or anything, but the worst "Oh no, what have I done" moment was when I was in my school's nurses office in I think 9th grade (I would have been 15) with my friend and there was a little girl (the school is nursery through 12th grade) in there and she was whining to the nurse about her loose tooth and since I used to do this my self I said, "Oh just rip it out." The kid looked at me like I pulled a gun on her, clapped her hands over her mouth and backed into the corner. Oops... I tried to fix it but to no avail I left and my friend hit me in the arm and laughed at me for at least a month about this. I didn't mean to, who was I supposed to know the kid was a baby?
