Tripping and falling on a girl, anime style. The kind of style where your hands end up in the wrong area.
I knocked a girl on her butt on the basketball court trying to block her shot (we were running 5 on 5 and I rotated to the bottom of the key blind).

My actual worst moment is far too graphic for the mood of this forum, a damn shame too because it?s funny as hell. I am still laughing right now 7 years later.
Second worst one; I was mid colitis and had an important call that I was expecting. When the phone rang I answered it ?hey bro? not much and you?? The girl screamed. Well there was this screaming girl and the call was important so I left the room and closed the door? without untying her first. I still feel bad about that.

I had recently broken up with someone that I had been dating for about nine months (it didn't end well), and --long story short-- a few days later I wound up getting pretty busy with her best friend who I have been close friends with for years. She was naked and I was almost naked and laying on top of her when OH MY GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE hit me. I made up some lame excuse, sheepishly put my clothes back on and drove home shaking from being mortified at myself.

At that exact moment, I was almost doubled over in laughter because I finally realized who that woman in the movie reminded me of. I was kicking my legs in the air laughing, gasping for air, and screaming "It's Barbara Bush! HAHAHAHA! BARBARA BUSH!"
