My worst ever was a urinary tract infection. It was horrible, you get the feeling of needing to piss constantly, and when you do squeeze it out, it fucking hurts,.
PEE THROUGH THE PAIN.

At the moment, it seems like my pinky toe's skin is basically being destroyed. It really hurts to put pressure on it. I would go to the doctor, but... no money.
BUT THE PEE WAS THE PAIN. AND THE PAIN WAS THE PEE.

And I always bite the skin off my toes..

Well, I was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asperger%27s] in high school, but I didn't find out until a few months ago when I was released from the hospital. (fat skinny is that it's an autism spectrum disorder that is characterized by significant difficulties in social interaction, along with restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior and interests, among other things) Looking back, it seems that it was very obvious that I've had it for some time and that it should have been diagnosed far sooner than it was.

Does that count?
o god does that count I have it when My parents got told by the first shrink they took me to 10 different docters once a week for a year in an attempt to find out what was truly wrong with me

"Had"? I suppose Pneumonia is the worst thing I've had, that passed.

Currently "Have"? Asthma, -oh! And a congenital heart defect, that has left me with lessened stamina throughout my life (But since I'm supposed to be dead, wheelchair bound, severley reduced stamina, and/or on more medications that I could count, then I'm pretty happy with an almost unnoticeably reduced stamina in normal circumstances, and only one medicine).
Pneumonia sucks. Glad I don't remember much about it, although it (presumably) caused my Bronchiectasis. Which everyone confuses with asthma.

I had Impetigo once in primary school.

Just try to imagine a really big, crispy bit of bacon and that is what the scab looked like as it stubbornly resided on my cheek for a week or so.

Well, I've had the flu so bad I thought I would die, but that's about it.

Off topic:

Wow. How am I supposed to do that?
LABR fedicati. There.

O.T. Not much, really. I seemed to suddenly get Hay Fever after puberty, which is a right ***** because I spend every second of summer sneezing to death.

worst would be breaking both my hands just above the wrist at the same time (somehow managed to get myself trapped between the handle bars and the brake levers of my bike when i crashed it) learnt to do a lot of things with my teeth waiting for that to heal..

most annoying would be tooth ache .. in teeth i havent got... seriously painkillers do nothing for phantom tooth ache

Asthma combined with a cough, thought I was gonna choke to death.
However, if you include injuries I have had 2 torn ankle ligaments in my right foot and a partial torn ligament in my left ankle, the 2 right foot ones prevented me walking for a month the first time and 2.5 months the second time. I could walk on the left ankle injury, however I was limping heavily.
I also had conjuntivitis in my left eye and had blurred vision, extremly crusty eyes in the morning and it seeped a weird yellow liquid for 5 days. That was really annoying but not painful at least.

Bronchitis. Imagine every time you breathe it hurts like a *****. Imagine every time you swallow it hurts like someone stuffing a hot iron down your throat. And imagine every time you eat it hurts so bad you wan't to kill yourself. Now imagine this for 4 weeks, at a hospital alone with no tv in your room and no one can understand what you're saying because a: you're in germany b: talking hurts worst of all.
And imagine having the worst fever of your life to go with it for the first week. And still having to do homework. I was 8 btw.

It's not normally that bad, but apparently I had an infection level of 260 on the whatever scale measuring infection. Most people die at 200 apparently (this was in an obscure village in germany and I heard it from my mom afterwards so it may be bullshit). I was of course never informed, which is a shame because the feeling of badassery would have helped.

I do believe that's the only time in my entire life when i contemplated suicide. Immediately felt disgusted by myself afterwards though.

And since I'm the kind of person who feels like making a contest out of everything, beat that.

Well, just like you. I've had a ingrown toenail since I was a kid but thankfully I got someone to get rid of that problem. Forever.
You make it sound like the toenail was a douchebag that beat you up and you hired an assasin to kill him.

...man i have a twisted imagination.

I had and still have (cause it's permanent) mild asperger's syndrome.
you don't know what it's like to be forever alone (i have friends but that was not what i meant) until you're diagnosed with a permanent... difference. it hurts to be different. it really hurts. the most irritating non-permenant condition i've ever had was a cyst on my balls. couldn't even sit down without it hurting. ouch.

I had an abscessed tooth a while ago. Anesthetics don't work so it has to be treated as it is. Real painful and the tooth never stood a chance...

That said physical is better than mental agony.

Let's see dental abcess, asthma, Migraine headaches,Crohn's disease, but the worst was the kidney stone that got stuck halfway down my ureter, had to end up getting surgery. So folks as a result I drink about 2 liters of water a day so don't have to experience that again

I would say scoliosis. Surgery isn't fun. At least now my back is straight though.

Sickness wise though? Well, I was once sick enough I got delusional. Wanted to kill myself for a few minutes, but I was fine once I calmed down.
Same here. The week after surgery was hell. And to add to it, I was mildly allergic to the morphine. Thank God for the NHS.

I have hyper mobility syndrome (although I hear that's getting renamed) my back, shoulders and legs are out of alignment so everything is uneven. this means i have a CONSTANT headache. literally CONSTANT. since I was 16. it's never gone away but its been manageable to the point where i've gotten so used it i don't even notice it anymore. it doesn't prevent me from doing anything (although balance is a serious issue, dancing is nearly impossible because i'm wonky haha) and i'm slightly more flexible because of it. I click my neck very often but not so much anymore. it was horrible at first, for three years i had to carry around a gel called deep freeze to keep the discomfort from being too much but as i've grown its gotten more manageable.
I DO have to sleep with two icepacks under my neck and shoulders though, again; not so much anymore.

its just an annoyance. one that I hardly ever mention anymore because it really doesn't affect me all that much anymore.
