I'm just curious what other people think. Obviously, there can be a litany of "Plan 9 From Outerspace" and "Manos: Hands of Fate", so let's try to exclude those.
For me, it's a tie between "The Spirit" and "Max Payne". The former was just over-the-top bad, to the point where it almost seemed like satire of the concept of making a movie of it. The titular Spirit looks directly at the camera and explains things, and Samuel L. Jackson has apparently lost his mind and will take any part.
The latter seemed to take itself seriously, but the part that sent it from "eh, sort of good film noir" into "I would need to be way higher than this to enjoy it" was when his wife rescued him from drowning. Then when his wife rescued him from having more bullets than internal organs (by volume) inside of him at the end.
So, what're all of your takes?
