If you think Howard the Duck was bad, I have two films you should see: Attack of the Sabretooths, & Starship Troopers 3: Marauder.
He makes them because the German government subsidizes him. Because he's a german citizen, and some other stipulations I'm sure (which he makes full use of), he can make shitty movies, and even if they tank in the international film market, he gets paid by the German government.messiah_complex said:....or any uwe boll film....honestly...i have no idea how that guy keeps making such retarded films....
I'll say this. I wasn't expecting too much from Transformers 2. My only REAL complaint, was mainly due to its length. There were SOOOO many little scenes that didn't need to be in the movie. It did not need to be almost 3 hours long... and the problem wasn't JUST the length, it was what made up the length...henrebotha said:I'm surprised at how many people say Transformers 2 was the worst thing ever. It wasn't. It was bad, yes, but only because of what we expected from it. In this day and age, expecting Hollywood to honour a franchise is futile - they just want to squeeze as much money as possible from it. Yes, Transformers 2 did not even come close to living up to the franchise; but if you went in there to watch it as a stand-alone film, it was entertaining. There are *much* worse things on screen.
And that's not even the worst part. They take the Armageddon aproach to natural disaster by using bombs to fix it despite that would be NO WHERE NEAR ENOUGH to start the Earth spinning. Also the entire premise of the movie is bunk as the Magnetic field doesn't protect us against Microwaves anyway. I could go on pointing out the mistakes in the movie (by the way count the number of pods on the ship and count how many they detatch, they're one short), but I've got to be at work in 5 hours.pipboy2009 said:The Core. Pseudo-science fiction at it's worst - the core of the earth stops rotating even though the Earth doesn't .
